“I just wanted to take a minute and praise the staff at Blaze Rapid City on the west side. My daughter recently was diagnosed with celiac disease which has been a challenging adjustment. Eating out is tricky now and also potentially dangerous for her. She loves Blaze Pizza and came in today (on all days pi day) waited for an hour, (the line was around the corner and outside ?) to get some of her favorite pizza, and because she is celiac requested the gluten-free crust. Without being prompted, the staff took her allergy seriously and all changed their gloves to help with cross contamination and acted kindly and positively while being SLAMMED. “Everything was what you'd expect from a 5 Guys Burgers and Fries. Dining area was clean, well lit, and free from foul odors. Food was fine minus the missing cheese on my vegetable sandwich. The staff was the real star. Everyone I encountered was very polite and very willing to help. Overall a better than decent experience for sure.Vegetarian options: Only one real option.“

“We headed to Culver's to use a gift card while in Rapid City for the night. This Culver had friendly, efficient staff at their drive through. Inside service was also available. We enjoyed the outside tables since we had our dog along. The food was prepared well and we enjoyed a salad, chicken tenders, fries and a vanilla shake. It was a good Culver's experience.“
“Went here for lunch, and even though it was busy, the food came out pretty quick and tasted fresh. For the price, you really can't beat it compared to other fast food places that everything is pre-made and gets dried out. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a good burger at a good price.“
“Jan 2024 Good food and mostly satisfied until our sandwich was made wrong. Ordered two double sandwiches but ended one single and one double. After bringing it up to their attention the mistake, a few minutes later, they served us a single patty (without cheese) for me to just add it on. Feels unprofessional service correcting their mistake. In the end, we just added the patty to a double making it look like we had a special Culver's triple sandwich“

“great!!!! staff is phenomonal, even during massive rushes and online orders they are always courteous and freindly, never been rude that ive ever seen.Vegetarian options: lots of fresh veggies and different choices of beans.Dietary restrictions: the menu is a big nenu and can taylor your food to how you want it made.Parking: lots of off street parking.Kid-friendliness: they have kid meals with kuds drinks and snacks and have coloring.Wheelchair accessibility: wheel chair can make it in very good, seating is good for wheel chairs and resterooms are easy to access for wheel chairs.“
“Atmosphere is a bit underwhelming. Clean and simple sub shop without frills. Service is a little bottlenecked by having the person taking orders also cutting meat and bread to order but everyone worked at a good pace, spent less than 5 minutes in line with maybe another 5 in cook time since I had a hot dish. The food was absolutely delicious, though! Had the Big Kahuna (chicken). Peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños on the griddle with shredded chicken and some this really melty white American cheese that blends in and is sooo good but I wish jalapeños were much, much hotter. Sortve typical of a deli, they had a bit of pepper flavor but not even a hint of spiceVegetarian options: There are only a few vegetarian options (though that doesn't bother me) but they looked very tasty. It's small, uneven, and the only entrance/exit is awkwardly placed a short distance from a slightly busy traffic light.“

“The customer service today at tropical smoothie was above and beyond! My toddler eyed a ball that was set out as decoration and wanted to play with it. Sunny found an extra one they had in the store, cleaned it off and let him play. The drinks were made quickly and were delicious. Of course as a toddler mom, carrying all the things and a child, I dropped one on the way out to which sunny responded with an “it’s ok” and a smile and cleaned it up for us right away. 10/10 kind guy.“
