Really everything about this place is great. The beer, pizza, staff, atmosphere are all perfect for a night of pizza and brews. I recommend the margherita pizza and a flight of 4 beers so you can pick a variety to try. I just ate dinner here but I could see myself hanging out for an afternoon and browsing the books on the shelves and listening to jazz.

Visiting from out of town, came here looking for good pizza. The staff was really nice, the atmosphere was half speakeasy half reading nook, and the wood fired pizzas were awesome. If you're thinking about pizza in this area, stop looking at reviews and come here.

We rented the speakeasy for our son's dress rehersal supper. The owners/employees were super easy to work with and the atmosphere is something VERY special!! You just don't find places like this very often. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was out of this world! If you are looking for a place that is relaxed yet special.... Books and Brews is the place. We highly recommend it!! Love, love, love!!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Once we pulled into the shady side of town next to the train tracks I was ready for the worse, but from the 1st step inside you find a nice warm and comfortable space with inviting people. They have the BEST jalapeño poppers I've ever had! I don't think I'll find better. The pizza bread is delectable, most likely because of the stove pizza oven. They cook right in the middle of the place so you can watch if you want. Oh, did I mention the books everywhere? Eat and read, an introverts dream!!!

Just finished my first ever pizza from Books & Brewz Pizzeria AWESOME We ordered 2 pies 1 was spinach artichoke on gluten free. WOW The 2nd was cheese burger SuperGood. Called for pickup about 20 minutes, cute place everyone was very nice. We're not big pizza eaters but this will definitely be a place we'd frequent again. Thanks for the opportunity, I'd definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! They were the only place open on Christmas Day and with this year being goofy thanks to covid we decided what the heck let’s give them a try! They were swamped but were so kind and working so hard and the pizza was well worth the wait. We got the chicken alfredo pizza, fisherman pizza, and jalapeño poppers all of which were fantastic! It was so good in fact, that we ate there two more times the following week one of which utilizing their delivery service and kids meal option (our picky eater said the mac and cheese was delicious and extra cheesy). The delivery service was a nice option to have and was significantly faster than any of the other pizza places in town and the pizza arrived fresh and hot! Another plus side to this business is that it is locally owned and operated as in the owner is actually behind the counter whipping up the food and actually delivered it! And the bookstore aspect of it is adorable and makes it fun for kids to be able to pick out a book while they wait for the pizza and the prices on the books are awesome!

A late night decision to grab some pizza on a three day vacation turned into an experience we'll never forget! Books and Pizza...what more does anybody need?!? The staff exceptionally friendly, the atmosphere cozy and inviting and the wood fired pizza was superb. Can't wait to make another trip from Texas and enjoy everything Books n Brewz has to offer! Give them a try, you won't regret it.
