Well it’s a B dubs. Had a burger, can’t lie it was pretty good! Went on a Saturday night, so it was pretty busy, so the next comment I make can be taken with a grain of salt. Service was slow. Took longer than expected for food. The real problem came when it was time to pay, as it took quite a matter of time to get our cards taken and brought back. If you’re on a time crunch probably stay away from B dubs when they are busy.

We had Ehab as our server at the Louise location in Sioux Falls, SD. He was an amazing waiter who walked us through some good choices since we hadn't been in a while. Very polite and always stopping by to fill drinks and chat. Very pleasant experience. Ehab is a definite asset to the company and the best server I have had in a very long time from any establishment.
I've had iffy experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings before. But this location was a pleasant surprise. The wings came out nice and hot and weren't dried out and seemed pretty fresh! The bartender was attentive and I had a lovely time.

Ordered delivery through Door Dash, delivery and quickness were great. The food on the other hand was disappointing. The wings box was covered in saucy fingerprints (outside and inside of box) which was gross. And you could tell they were gloveless as you could actually see the fingerprints. The fries were stone cold and just tossed in the other box, many dangling out of the box even with the lid shut down on them. The seasoning only appeared to be sprinkled on the top of them and not mixed in. Very disappointed in the presentation, and guessing if they don't need to see the customer, they just don't put the effort into the food and/or presentation.

Did my first take out through the app. Once I was able to figure it out, I stopped at the location about 10 minutes before my food was supposed to be ready. In less than 5, I had my food and everything I needed in a large order.
