02/03/24 visited Sioux falls Louise Ave location, 820pm-ish,Drive- thru regular traffic decent not too busy, all we wanted was a small ice cream treat, ordered two things, was told to pull up and wait... long story short 12 minutes later I had to go in and pick up the ice cream it was on the counter, and it was not what we ordered chocolate fudge instead of caramel. Oh well they can't always get it right.
the food was pretty good normal culvers however there was a man named chris who was excellent working as cashier. if i were the manager i would give him employe of the month and a raise. he was beyond excellent.
