Food is good but customer service is somewhat questionable. I have been buying from this Casey's since it opened. But lately,I never get to have my receipt. I know you earn points when you buy pizza and I feel like customers deserve those points because it's our money. But cashiers print duplicate receipts and take the original with barcode on it. Is that a new policy they are following or pure robbery? I feel like that is not fair. I should take my business somewhere else and not recommend this location

Employees are not very helpful and there’s been issues with the pumps being down often. Maybe I’m just unlucky but it’s very inconvenient and I’d rather go somewhere else.

They used to have great customer service and EXCELLENT pizza. However, a week ago I wrote them about a sub-par pizza experience and it states on their website their customer service hours. I waited a full week to hear back from them and NOTHING! Very disappointed with them and hope that they look internally before continuing to grow. Maybe figure out staffing issues before growing and growing and not treating customers like they are disposable.

The workers at this store were very rude. Made inappropriate/unnecessary comments to my friends and I while we were checking out. Sad to say the most inappropriate behavior was even from a manager. Talk about poor customer service and unfriendly staff members. Do not recommend this store.

Clean store and usually friendly staff. Gas prices at pump never match advertised sign and the advertised drink prices in the cooler are never right. 2 cokes for 350 is actually 2 full prices cokes

Ordered my pizza ahead on the app at 11:52, app said to arrive at 12:11. Showed up and they didn't even know my ticket was printed. Pretty upsetting I wasted my lunch break.

I had a really good experience with ordering a pizza everything was super easy they were on time when they said it would be ready just walk in in my rewards were already on my card I just had to go and pay it also sent me a receipt of what I ordered It was a good experience and I will be ordering again thank you cases I had a good experience.

Terrible. Went in for a slice of pizza, the girl behind the counter was so rude. Was yelling back in the kitchen and throwing things. They said she was mad she had to close the kitchen. Disappointing ?

This place is Amazing ? they handle people fast and easy. Everytime I order a pizza online it's always made the way I ordered it. I'm always able to go in and get it out in about 5min. Staff is also awesome. Just don't be a Karen or Chad you know ?

I went to prepay for gas inside today, and the two employees working at the front counter literally just glared at me without saying hello. One employee was talking on their cell phone, and the other was sitting on the counter with her back to me. Neither employee seemed to be in a hurry to help me. Such an awkward experience.This is such a nice, new Casey's location that's close to where I live, but I will be taking my business elsewhere based on this experience.
