We had a bad experience Jan 2024. Went through drive thru and when we got to the service window, they told us their system was down so when I asked what that meant, they responded, "I don't know. Try coming back in an hour or something." My face must have been like "seriously?!" Because she added "we can't take your cash, gift card or card." It's very pink on the inside, but I don't mind. The cookies can be a little too much in the flavor category. So I normally stick to the basic chocolate chip cookie. They have great service. The cookies always taste fresh. And their reward system is ironically very rewarding. I Love that they chose to expand, especially when it ends up being closer to Brandon.
