Bring my kids to have fun! Ended up being so disappointed at this place the person on the counter was new by his self and doesn't know what to do. A lady come to try to help instead of helping she was so rude and watching her phone over and over saying I have to be patient I said I have over 10 min here waiting for him not saying anything but you coming here and b on your phone don't look professional at all.Pizza took for over 20 min to be ready was good a list

Took our grandkids to Chuck E Cheese for the first time a few days ago, since we had never been there before, we had some questions regarding the menu, the girl behind the counter, Shaylee couldn't answer any of our questions, including how the points and minutes work. Maybe she would hear us better if she didn't have earbuds in her ears listening to music? ALL the employees that I saw had earbuds in. Is this a job or a hobby? I didn't come here with high expectations considering its a business that caters to children, but.... for instance, the website lists some different types of "specialty" pizzas that looked good, but there was nothing on the store menu, her only comment was, if they are on the online menu, they must have them? Ill self educate myself beforehand if I decide to come back again. The pizza was pretty good, that was one positive.

Great job management!!!I messed up and bought $300 worth of points. They were unable to refund since it was purchased at the kiosk, so the manager gave us $150 food voucher!

Nothing has changed since Jan 14 2023... WORST experience ever. When we arrived stating we were there for a party we got our hand stamped then left up front for awhile not told where to go . Finally after about 10 minutes talked to the cashier and said we were there for birthday party , was told to head on back to the tables . . So being our first time ever going we figured it out . But When paying for the most expensive birthday packageX3 and basically host the party yourself , had to ask for everything that was supose to be included. Also was told to pay extra if we wanted balloons (which was included in the package) The animaltronic broke down while there. There is so much that went wrong that night. Dirty tables from other parties surounded our table . I'm glad chunky cheese refunded. But after we asked first they offered vouchers which we don't want dude to the poor experience we had . But when speaking to the manager the following business day and he basically say we lied and hung up on us ... chunky cheese is getting a corporate call. ?. I would like to include the one employee that did help pick up the surrounding area and serve us the pitcher of pop before she left for shift is included in the pictures.

My kid loved playing the games. The employees were sorta rude though. Always treated us as if we were ruining their shift and we asked very minimum from them. All my kid wanted was a picture with the mouse. The mouse acted like he was too good and said he was going to sleep using his hands to show he was tired. We just wanted 1 picture. Thats all. I don't understand. The dip n dots were yummy though. The employees just need to learn to be more hospitable.
