“We had a bad experience Jan 2024. Went through drive thru and when we got to the service window, they told us their system was down so when I asked what that meant, they responded, "I don't know. Try coming back in an hour or something." My face must have been like "seriously?!" Because she added "we can't take your cash, gift card or card." I think there was a better way to handle it than "try driving back in an hour or something." At a diff Crumbl, when their was an error, the worker corrected it or provided an apology for wasted time. It felt like our time was irrelevant in her eyes. ?Related to Crumbl cookies: When I asked I no longer wonder why I never lose weight. ?? We buy a 4 pack nearly every week. Only wish they would offer some gluten free options to be more inclusive of diets based on various conditions or preference. That would get them a five star. Will say, sometimes too sweet. But I love the ones without frosting ♥️“
“I'm so happy to share with the world the great news of this outstanding and unique ice cream shop, Sweet Cheeks! For 55 cents per ounce you can build your own ice cream in a cup or cone and dump whatever toppings you wish on them. There is a huge variety of awesome toppings. A couple that stood out to me immediately were the rock candy and the Legos. Great Value! 55 cents per ounce goes a long way. Sure as hell beats the competition!There was not a huge selection of ice cream flavors but the ice cream itself was quality, easy to serve from the machine and the lack of flavors is not enough for me to keep this place from getting a 5 star rating.I loved this place, my crew loved it and most importantly Pumper approves!“
“This was absolutely fun! I had no idea what I was getting myself and my son into. But it was right next to where we were getting out hair cut and we needed to kill some time. The atmosphere is so inviting, the toppings bar is almost endless. The ice cream (yogurt what ever) was to die for. Friendly staff and very CLEAN place! Thank you for the experience. “Lots of parking in the front and the ice cream is fresh and amazing! They have ice cream cakes that you can buy straight from the freezer, as well as pints of their flavored ice creams. They also sell fresh gallon milks, cheeses, and pizza.“
“I always enjoy having an affordable (by today's standard) meal at Culvers. Hot and fresh and cheaper than what I would pay at a place with yellow arches. Staff is usually professional and look well groomed. It is nice to see a fast food place that has some high standards. Culvers is always my first choice when available.“
“I have not had a chocolate old fashioned ice cream soda for over 50 yrs. They didn't even make them when I worked at a Bridgeman's in MN when I was in high school. B & G Milkyway, the original, in Sioux Falls made a great small one for me. It was a very hot day & it hit the spot. I sat outside & ate it. The windy day didn't even bother me. They didn't use old fashioned ice cream (only soft serve), but it still tasted like I remember them. Fast service also.“
“It would be a crime for me to give them anything but 5 stars. I grew up going to B&G and will take every opportunity I have to go back. While all the ice cream on their menu is amazing, I always go for a classic strawberry cone. The service is so friendly and quick! A must do if you're driving through Sioux Falls!“

“I used to go here when I was a kid. I was in Sioux Falls a few years ago, and I think it was open then, and I believe I stopped by. When I was 9 and 10 years old, it was my favorite spot, 39 years ago. Hope it opens up again soon, guessing because the building didn't have heating and air like back, in the day. Great spot!!“

“1st time trying Culver's. Stopped to pick up lunch for us on a Friday around noon. We got a spicy chicken sandwich, a single buttercheeseburger, tenders, fries, & cheese curds, with drinks. The food was really good. It was still hot when I got home. The fries were crispy, & the cheese curds were WAY better than what we've gotten at local sitdown restaurants in SF. The spicy chicken wasn't very spicy, but I'm from TX, so that may play into why I think that. Nothing in SD is as spicy as there. It would be awesome if they'd make a spicy grilled chicken! The main reason for the 4 stars was that they had a line almost out the door when I arrived because they only had 1 register open...at lunch. It seemed like there were a ton of regulars there because the woman working the register knew almost everyone by name & their orders before they said them. That was impressive. Then, getting the food took a while. I'm assuming they don't make anything until you get there, so the longer time makes sense. Not sure if the kitchen was understaffed, but there were women literally running outside every few seconds to get food to the drive through line customers. That line was also really long. Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean, & the food was good. We'll definitely go back.“
