Half staff was on there phone they were busy. Over charged. Only got 2 medium white rice, 1 panda bowl, and 2 small fountain drinks total should have been 16.30 before tax yet they managed to charge $24.40. Definitely contacting the District or regional manager and BBB. How many other people have the robed today

This place is the best! Food is amazing and a fair price! Their serving system is slow so if there is a line of people they don't understand how to go faster. And explaining how to help them the staff does not want. But the food outweighs this!

The last time I was here, I was disappointed in the beef selection. They had beef and broccoli, but it was mostly broccoli and not a whole lot of beef. My daughter and I shared the 3 entry meals; we had so much food left over that we had it for dinner. The portions were huge, and the food was hot!

They had me wait 40 minutes for cold food that I was told "5-6 minutes" on. This location sucks.Edit: manager tried acting like he couldn't hear me after expressing my concern & telling him that it's fine that I waited longer on the phone. These people SUCK. Also messed my order up yet STILL played games.I want my refund.

The crew working on 03/12/24 was great. Food was prepared quickly. Didn’t have to wait too long for service. Good portions for the money spent. Pretty much all there is to it.

I have never experienced what I did today at any fast food restaurant. first walking the line is to the door. For a Saturday I wasn’t all that surprised and waiting for about 10-12 minutes. When I got to the front of the line they were completely out of chow mein and the kid told me it would be another 10 min wait. Cool whatever. When he finally got the noodles out he didn’t say a word to me knowing I was the only person to step out of line waiting for them. Before stepping out of line I asked to have my food prepared so they didn’t “run out” of what I needed before they could get the chow mein done. He brushed me off so I took it as it was and just waited once agin in line. Getting back to the front they were out of Eveything else I needed for sides. And while waiting twice in line and for the chow mein I saw not 1 but 3 different people go to the back to stand on their phone. I understand it’s Saturday and it’s busy but how are u getting paid 18-20$ an hour ( as posted on their hiring add) to not understand to keep stocked on items that sell quickly. Have never experienced anything like this in my life and how rude and incompetent their workers are.

It can be hit or miss coming here but these 5 stars are for Diego! That guy is the best! Even in the busyness of it all he was fast, didn’t forget about you, and was friendly.
