Kid-friendliness: This is a carry-out or delivery pizza kitchen. It would not be a place to bring kids. Though they will enjoy the pizza, chicken, an/or dessert eaten elsewhere.

Order a pizza online for 25$ it came to me undercooked and a small. Corporate pizza joints suck I'd rather go to Pizza Cheeks at least I know I'm getting good pizza there.

Ordered papa calzone bites and a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Calzone bites turned out fine but the pizza had raw dough where the crust was wrapped over the cheese and the inner layer alongside the cheese was raw as well.

My pie was well above average on toppings, compared to other PJ locations. Bravo!

We live on the other side of town. We had carry out pizzas for my daughter's birthday. Got home to a pizza that was definitely not ours. Had to drive all the way back across town to fix their mistake because they wouldn't deliver it. Not very impressed with the service at this location.

Ordered pizza for my son and it was to be delivered by 938pm. At 1030 my son called & said it wasn't there. I called the store, and the girls said when the delivery driver showed up, and no one answered the door, he left with a Pizza even though we had instructed " it no contact delivery, and leave the pizza on the outside table." I said doesn't make sense. No contact delivery means he doesn't need to see my son and she said it doesn't matter he left because nobody answered the door?!? I asked if they would be re-delivering a new pizza and she said no they would deliver this pizza. I said no I want you to make a new piece as this one will now be cold. An hour later we still had no pizza & I had to call back in. The manager said he decided to go ahead and cancel the whole order. No phone call no attempt to reach us. I was reasonably upset at this point and the young male manager did not care that my kid had waited over two hours, and still do not have a pizza all because they did not understand the no contact request. I said WTF and hung up. I have no idea if the pizzas good, you can't have it brought to your house, unless you personally answer the door for the driver. They might want to review there no contact policy and customer service policies. We ended up ordering from the competitor and it was amazing. Thank-you Boss's Pizza!

Don't order 50/50 pizzas. They have had a difficult time only getting the different ingredients on the one half. We ordered a pepperoni and half sausage and half pineapple. The sausage side had 2 pieces without pineapple.I didn't put up a fuss because it was a free pizza because they screwed this up last time. I may as well just stick with Casey's Pizza or Sunny's Pizza.

Great late night dinner, Lindsey helped us and very friendly. Second time we’ve been there late and the guy manager is very impersonal and rude. Turns out great pizza though!

I find it quite difficult to write a valuable review for a chain restaurant.I typically like to give extensive, well informed reviews of places. However, chain restaurants are always what they are. If they are not consistent, then they typically go out of business. So, this was a Papa John's. Not dissimilar to other Papa John's. If you like their pizza, then you'll like this one.Service was also standard. Carry out doesn't need much. So, if you want pizza, like Papa John's, and are in the area, I say go here!

I've worked with an organization that places decently-sized tax exempt orders from this place regularly, and we always give a generous tip. The pizza has always been good and arrives on time.Customer service could be better. It seems like every time we call, they need different info from us to process the tax exempt: sometimes they need a tax exempt number, sometimes they need a phone number, sometimes they won't do it at all. Today when we got our order, the delivery driver scolded us because they didn't know how to get in the building and couldn't reach us at the phone number on the tax exempt account. It's a business number that isn't answered 24/7. I didn't know that that was the only number they'd try to reach us at, and in the past they've taken my personal phone number to be contacted at to get the order. The person who took my order only ever asked for a door to enter the building at, and not for a better phone number or other instructions for delivery. I would have been happy to give better info if prompted, but honestly I never know what they're going to ask me for on the phone every time we order. It was pretty annoying to be scolded by the delivery driver for what seems to be the product of inconsistent order-taking practices despite the fact that we order to the same building using the same tax exempt account every time.
