The food was, lots of what you express, the burgers were good, sides were interesting and tasty. Lots of merchandise, which is ok, a little off-putting but not pushed at you. Daughter had wild hog burger (bacon) and it was great. I had a patty melt, it was good, but a bit too big. :)

Service at first was friendly but went downhill the longer we were there. Had like 3 different people checking in on us, initial guy was friendly but didn’t check in on us once, girl who delivered our food seemed annoyed, and woman who checked in on us called my boyfriend hun which made both of us uncomfortable lol. In terms of food, boyfriend’s burger was good except for him being a little burnt. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and spicy garlic wings. Sandwich was just straight up gross, just a chicken patty drenched in honey. No spice at all. The wings didn’t have any garlic taste at all. Anyways, we were obviously done with our food for a while, we got confused as to why we didn’t get a ticket so we went to the front to ask where we pay and they said we would get a ticket from our secret. So we go back and got a ticket.

Our waitress, Kylee, was amazing. She was very kind, attentive and she made you feel right at home. The food was amazing and even though it was very busy, the food came fairly quickly. It was very well made and was fresh. I will keep coming back for more! Thank you Sickies staff!

Friday, April 12th I placed a Doordash order and when I got it items were missing. I called and spoke with the manager Justin Dunn and he went above and beyond any customer service responsibilities I have ever gotten anywhere! Not only did he allow me to come get the missing items but he made them fresh for me and provided me with complimentary milk shakes! He is by far the best manager ever!
The meal tonight was about average. I just wish you could get the burgers done to your liking: Rare, Medium Rare Well done...It just seems to me they all come out gray and dry and far to Well done for my taste.I did enjoy looking threw the new selection of burgers on the menu. It was hard to choose a new one to try! I went with the Hot Honey Haystack.....thank God I put the "Hot Honey" on the side. It had to much spice for my tastebuds! I left it off. Other than that the burger was delicious!
