The absolute worse Sonic in all of the Midwest. They are never taking mobile orders, food is always gross and you have a 50% chance of a drink tasting decent.

The girl in the drive through was so horrible and rude. Then they are out of everything that we asked for. We set at the stall for 35 minutes waiting on someone to take our order and no one even answered us, we then went through the drive through where we couldn’t get two separate orders. What a joke! The workers name was autum

Worst experience ever. Went in today 4-12-24 at 2:10pm. The person taking orders was unbelievably rude. Went to window to pay and wanted to add something. "We can't take orders at window" in a very snarky tone. YOU ARE LITERALLY A DRIVE UP FOOD PLACE, there was no one behind me. Could have easily added it to order or made another order right there! And then she handed me the 3 slushies and a sundae (a very sad pathetic sundae) without offering a drink carrier. So I asked for one and she just shut the window and walked away. Didn't say a word. I honked and she brought one. But by far the rudest person I have ever met. Will not be coming back to sonic after this one

Came with the family to have a nice lunch, everything was good except they forgot to give us one drink, and when asked for extra strawberries for the master shake, got extra cherries instead and almost no strawberries, the shake was watery as well as not well made. This is not the first time, every time I have stopped here they mess up on my order by forgetting one or two items or the food made very sloppy, I know it's fast food but there is a boundary between simple to sloppy. Still, it is the closest Sonic around so I tend to stop by twice a year.

The burgers are very dry! The coney dogs are decent, but the buns are stale. The fries are very disappointing. I come from Alabama where sonic is everywhere down there. I thoroughly enjoy sonic. Please fix this!
Snow from a week ago has not been shoved out of the parking spots. When you pull in your car wants to slide sideways into the post. Tater tots taste like they were cooked in old dirty grease. Several parking spots have non-working displays.

Food was good just missing items, it was the employees that were rude and impatient, the gal that helped me looked like she wanted to murder someone, I didn't think that's how guests were greated.

On dec 20th I parked in a spot and was talking with someone/ looking at the menu it has been awhile since I have been there.on the phone and had my window just lowered just a bit and barely heard what one of the workers said I just thought that. They just forgot the mic was on or something. I get it. It happens. When I was ready to order pressed the button and a polite voice said the drive through is only open. I heard in the back ground “I already fing told her it was drive thru only”. I was just in shock. I didn’t even hear her. So I pulled up to the drive thru. The voice I heard in the background was the one that took my order. She said “ what do you want” she was very rude no please or thank you. She was rushing me. After I would say an item she would say anything else and would get mad if it took a second or too. It just sounds like she didn’t want to be there or hated her job. The whole experience was just awful. I’m very disappointed. I have never had a bad experience until now.

Cherry limeade is where it's at! The stuff is addictive, particularly if you choose slush form.Unfortunately the food is not good.But I would still go everyday if there were a location closer than 90 mi from my home.
