Taco Bell is a clean and recently updated restaurant with fair to good food quality. However, the service seems to be lacking with long wait times for orders and a lack of acknowledgment from the staff about the delays. Despite the friendly cashier and a clean dining area, several customers experienced delays in receiving their orders, with some even leaving without being served. The staff appeared somewhat friendly but possibly understaffed or in need of training. Although the food, like the $5 Chalupa Craving Box, was enjoyable, the overall customer service experience left something to be desired. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve its service efficiency to match the quality of its food for a better dining experience.
