“Love the vibe of this local coffee shop in an historic old house. There is indoor seating for about 50, with spaces for couples or groups up to 8. There are at least 20 outdoor spots in or out of the sun nestled in cozy landscaping. Because of its location there aren't really views of the hills, but they make up for it with a fun, cozy atmosphere inside and pleasant landscaping outside. Grab a simple mug of coffee, a specialty drink, or delicious pastries, breakfast and lunch options. The grilled sandwiches are plenty of food. The drive through is always busy because it is a local favorite. Go to their website to order online ahead of time. You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.Parking: You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.“

“Am with Bicycle Adventures biking group and just want to take a moment to express my gratefulness and gratitude to Blackbird espresso coffee shop. Our group stop there from a 30 mi ride down spearfish canyon and the Acai Bowl and The coffee and everything was just beyond our imagination. It was so delicious and everybody at the shop was so friendly and so accommodating for our group of 12. I gave you five stars five times over. Can't wait to come back and order again in the future!!!!“
“Loved the drive through. The americanos were good but I honestly couldn't tell the difference between my egg nog one and peanut butter one so that's my only complaint. Otherwise very joyful workers which was great for the AM java run“
“Every time I have ordered here, the baristas have been kind, patient, and helpful. Today, I came in with a picture of a drink and list of ingredients for something I wanted to try. The baristas were easily able to figure out how to customize the drink and they even explained to me how I could order it again. Although this is located in a grocery store and doesn't have its own building, the employees still give off a great ambiance. I would recommend stopping by for the outstanding customer service and I'll definitely be back again.“
“To the owner: if you are going to be open till 6, serve your whole menu till 6. I was just in at 4:45 and your staff couldn't make a deluxe waffle because the toaster ovens were shut down. I owned a coffee shop and this mentality for customer service will surely drive people away, unacceptable. If you have a legitimate reason, please explain.“
