That was the absolute worst experience I've had at a restaurant, barely anyone in the restaurant and it took 30 minutes to even get milk for a child. When we got the milk we noticed it was chunky, we told one of the workers about it and they said it looked questionable a few days ago. Why would you not get rid of it? Do not recommend this place.

Service was awful waited forever to even be seated, waited 20 minutes just to get a drink, appetizer came out before drinks, my wonton tacos came out and were cold, my pasta was over cooked and cold, boyfriends salad was nasty looking, manager did barely anything to make it right. I will not recommend this applebees to ANYONE!

Very disappointed had to walk out along with some other guy nobody even talked to us. Husband is a diabetic did his shot already could of been a bad situation never going back. Not only did we not get service a big group came in after and was helped before us . We visit quite often and the time before was also not good

Another disappointing visit to AB's ....We travel through Watertown regularly and my daughter insisted on getting food from AB's. She ordered online and went into the side door to pick up. We left and got back on the road. We noticed that several aspects of our meal was wrong or missing, or cold. Plus her steak was hard like a hockey puck. We ordered a steak dinner with mashed potatoes (didn't get them) and green beans (didn't taste like they normally do) and a kids meal with chicken strips and fries (it was cold, with like... 10 fries total) and chicken tortilla soup (the cup was less than half full and luke warm, plus missing the bread sticks I paid extra for) .

Food was great I got the shrimp bowl my husband got fish and onion rings we got the donut holes for dessert yum yum ? service was excellent, the restaurant was cold considering it was 30 degrees outside they could have had the heat on otherwise great time.

Everything was good atmosphere the food. The only thing we had a problem with was our waitress. Ask for water never brought it till I had to ask again no silverware. Sitting up there at the bar talking to the bartender half the time not paying attention what she was doing. So some other waitress lady came by help this morning she did.

Never will I be going to applebees in watertown south dakota again. At first was great server took our order then more people came about 10mins after we ordered. They all got their food already and we are still waiting been over an hour.

Do NOT waste your time on this Applebees!!! This is by far the absolute worst Applebees on the planet. We waited 25 minutes for a waitress as tables seated after us were being served. When she finally showed up. Summer was her name, she took forever to write our order down. No water, no silver, no drinks later our Food arrived! It was ok but seemed to have sat in the window for a time. My sandwich was soggy. In the meantime still no drink. Waited 45 minutes for their signature perfect strawberry margarita only to be served the incorrect drink TWICE! All in all it was a 45 minute wait for a damn drink and didn’t have the basics to begin with. I actually walked up to the hostess and asked if there was seriously a 1 hour backup at the bar. She was absolutely clueless and equally as slow. We actually watched 2 other tables walk out in Summers section as they had not even been acknowledged. If I could have given zero stars I would have. This place should lose its franchise license.
