Placed an order online. Went to pick it up. They locked the doors before close and when I called was told I wasn't able to get a refund because there was no manager in. I would give this a negative stars if it was an option.

A coworker and I stopped in for some late dinner, and the store all of a sudden got really busy. The two younger gentlemen working were very polite and very quick and efficient with getting our food orders correct and out. Love Firehouse Subs.

Never in the years of Firehouse being opened have I really had anything to complain about. This last month though has been completely outrageous, they must be under new management because personally I knew tristen. It was obvious she, including her staff were overworked and basically slaved to work under this company. Yet they all stayed respectful and joyful to their customers. Anyway there is a male who claims to be management which I've witnessed yell and turn red as a tomato TOWARDS HIS EMPLOYEES. Everyone one of those said employees are doing NOTHING but working as hard as can be to satisfy their customers. I'm reasonably disgusted by this behavior. After witnessing this I had actually talked to a lady who was serving me and she had relayed to me that not only one, but 4 people were drawn to revoke their job at firehouse to simply stop being harrased by 'Mitchel'? I will no longer spend money or even speak about Firehouse Subs, again. I really hope the other stressed out employees find it in themselves to find a work place that actually loves and cares for their team, as they should. Please do not support this restaurant as they have turned into something totally disgusting.

The sandwich was nothing out of the ordinary by comparison. The kid taking my order was abrupt and not at all friendly, not to say “rude”. Serving your products in a cardboard box is a waste, plain and simple!! Wrap them in paper and reduce waste! Improve service and product quality.
Perfect nice and simple sandwich. Bread tasted super fresh. Service was quick, and the price was great, especially with everything tasting fresh. I will be making this a place to stop for lunch.
