Called customer service because our food was 45 minutes late yet my email said it was delivered. Then found that it was left on the step. No knock or doorbell. Also missing 1/4 of our order. Was told I’d get a 15% refund in 10-12 days. This won’t even cover the missing food or the tip we had already paid. Very frustrating.

The staff was rude and impatient. The place smelled like farts, which should of warned me because the pizza wasn’t much better. Probably some of the worst Little Caesar I’ve ever had.

Disgusting!! I was at this store with my friend and the manager was cursing at my 3 year old son over him asking the manager, “How are you?” I was shaken and disturbed. The manager shouted at two women with service dogs. I saw the video on tiktok and I am NEVER supporting this business again. That male manager needs to be fired. I’ll be pressing charges if this doesn’t happen. Legal charges. Not supporting this establishment. Do better Little Caesars. A service dog is NOT a valid reason to remove someone from an establishment. Go somewhere else!! As a mother of 3, I will stick to domino’s. Screw this place!!

Their "hot n ready" is never hot n ready. It's more like "hot if you wait 10-15 minutes".

I just got done watching a Tik-Tok video of a manager cussing and yelling at a customer that has special needs and had a service dog furthermore this video is going to go viral and I believe me this is going to get national attention of the attitude and the verbiage that was used to his country of this dog that was a service dog had documentation everything and the four letter words and colorful metaphors that was given to this handicapped individual is disrespectful and let me tell you something I hope leader Little Caesars the national franchise gets a hold of this particular situation and that manager gets reprimanded but if this is the view of Little Caesars franchise I will not buy a slice or a pie from this organization ever

I can’t wait to see the customer that was cussed out and denied food (because she had her cardiac service animal with her) win this lawsuit and that pos manager that was cussing her get fired. Dude needs a reality check and should have been checked. And decked in the mouth.

The store is notorious for treating people with disabilities like common trash. They should be ashamed of theirselves and they don't deserve your business.

If the the service dog issue is a scam, YOU need to post links to the "full video", not simply demand that others "do their homework." And regardless of whether it's a scam or not, management should not be using that kind of language on anyone; if the scenario is as you claim, he should have calmly denied service and phoned the police to remove them as trespassers, NOT gone on a swear-filled tirade. And lastly - you've used the pronouns "she/her" in relation to the location's manager. Clearly the person in the video has a masculine voice. Was this, in fact, the manager? Or the acting manager of the day? Whoever it was, you've done nothing to properly address complaints, in fact refusing to address them at all.edit: I see that you've replied and you STILL haven't addressed the foul and abusive language used by the presumptive manager. No doubt the belief that charges are pending comforts you, but your job is to curb bad behavior on the part of your staff REGARDLESS of how customers (or scammers) behave.

Apparently a lady and her service dog was denied access, the owner left a reply to one of these reviews saying it was fake and they had surveillance video proving it. I don’t know about you but if I had proof it was a sham I’d post the video online and post the link on every bad review, to get my side of the story out there. Seems fishy to me but who knows nowadays, again if this was my business and my livelihood I wouldn’t sit back and let it happen I’d prove my side of the story. If it’s true shame on them, if not true then prove it, put a link up to the video. Looking at other owner responses they say look up Hamlin county public opinion newspaper, I typed Hamlin county public opinion sd fake service dog on google and not one story of this was found.

These people deny access to service animals and are extremely ableist please don’t go here. And for the owner who likes to reply with snarky responses. Please stop trying to get a disabled person attacked for how you chose to handle service animals. I’d throw a credit card at yall to if y’all were denying me access because of my disability and service animal. And it’s not bashing a small business. You aren’t a small business you are a chain store of a multi million dollar company. The claim to be a “small local business” is honestly laughable. Do better, you broke federal law, if anyone was filing charges against her they’d have been filed by now, post the security footage yourself.

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. You don’t shout obscenities at your customers, no matter what. I was brought up in a family business, and we were always told to treat the customers with dignity and respect even when they may not deserve it. Your lack of compassion is disgraceful.
