If i could rate 0 i would. I go here every so often as i work at one of the hotels next door, my shift starts 11pm so i understand i go there before it closes and can be frustrating for workers. Last night i went there to get food for my and my girlfriend and we had been waiting 5 hours to eat n we were just gonna eat before i worked at 11pm. I pull up about 10:45ish and as the lady is taking my ordee in the drive through the line is cut and a minute later some guy says "sorry we closed early due to the weather"......so youre telling me 15 mins early for bad weather youre being told to close early yet your coworker was taking my order didnt know you were closing early? So then i call the store after to get his name, his managers name and phone number and his district managers phone number so i can verify that he was told to close convienently as i pulled up to get food. He just laughs and continues to ask me why i need the information. I have worked fast food for 9 years in the past, i have never been screwed like this or treated like this or even seen this happen in all my years working fast food. I understand people showing up before close is frustrating but if youre already working at mcdonalds and cant even do that right then theres 0 hope for you. As long as he is there your company will continue to fail on his behalf. So sad that he cant even make frozen burgers without crying about it. Man deserves the boot. Wish i knew his name.

ordered doordash and they filled my bag up with an excessive amount of ketchup packets, that i DID NOT order. disappointed. don’t go here.

Not a fan of the kiosk!We stopped to eat around 9 pm after a basketball game hoping to get a quick meal and get back on the road. It was 21 degrees outside and im pretty sure they had the air conditioner on because it was freezing inside ! When we finally got the kiosk figured out and went to get our sweet tea "which is our favorite thing about McDonalds" it was empty. We asked the girl behind the counter if she had some back there and she took our cups and 10 minutes later came back with our cups with a substance that tasted like Lake water. When we finally got our food and found the cleanest of the dirty tables we sat down to eat our meal with half cold food. This experience has cured me from eating at McDonald's for some I'm pretty sure

As far as McDonald's goes, this one was pretty good. My son's nuggets were hot and fresh, and so were the fries. The people at the windows were very friendly. Not like other McDonald's where the people look like they hate their jobs.

The store is clean, the employees are kind. But the store (owners) has decided they will not cashier orders in person and will only take orders through the kiosk. We have had extremely bad experiences in other restaurants that go this route. My spouse almost made us leave the minute we walked in the door and saw the signs saying we could only order through the kiosk. The employees even admitted that they hate it, too. The service ended up being fine for us, but the order behind ours was messed up. The kiosk said we could only order for carry-out, but the employees said it was fine to dine it. So we did. But without humans to interact with at the counter and the kiosk telling us to get our food and go, we pretty much felt unwelcome at the store.Were it not for the humans we did interact with, we would have chosen to leave and eat somewhere else.Dietary restrictions: There are no options for persons with sodium and potassium restrictions.

One of the burgers was raw, the food didn't take long to come out, but we waited awhile for our order to be taken.

I got the Big Mac, a Dr Pepper, a McRib and a quarter pounder. The McRib and quarter pounder were good but the Big Mac buns were very dry. The patties weren't very good. The only good things about the Big Mac was the sauce and the pickles.
