Phoned in a to go order. They said the weight would be 25 minutes before food ready. I picked up food 25 minutes later and drove home which took 7 minutes. We removed the chicken from the bags and it was all soggy. Fried Chicken is supposed to be crispy. Apparently it was ready and under the heat lamp and a lot less time than 25 minutes.

Pizza Ranch of Watertown recently had a remodel, which was rather disappointing. The private rooms were removed in favor of an expanded Fun Zone. The food stands were placed much closer together, resulting in frequent crowding. Along with that, drink dispensers, cutlery, and plates were moved to the opposite end of the stands, requirng custmers to cross through foot traffic. Despite this, the food never disappoints.
it is pretty pitiful when I have been ordering delivery for seven or eight years and getting what I want. Now they went and did all this fancy remodeling and I was told I had to order $50 or more before I could ever get a delivery. What does a senior, Living alone, need with $50 or more worth of food, not to mention on SS, we cannot afford that. It’s disgraceful if you ask me, but I guess they have to pay for their new building. ?Wheelchair accessibility: No comment.

The atmosphere is nice with plenty of seating to suit your family size. The small game room is great for the kids as well.Now comes my issues: OPTIONS. First, not too many kids want a buffet filled with out-of-the-ordinary pizzas. This particular visit had chicken alfredo(?), BBQ chicken either onion, taco, and a veggie pizza. The only 'normal' pizza was cheese. This is not the first time this has occurred. Secondly, the buffet runs the same timeframe every day: why are you running out of pizza? Why are you running out of cheesesticks?Third is cleanliness. The entire place was a mess at 5:30....two employees were chatting at the register and two were just taking their break. I was VERY close to wiping down my own table. Again.....buffet runs at the same times every day.When this location is on point, it is some of the best. But man, when they are off their A game, they are a solid F-.Kid-friendliness: Hit and miss with pizza options. Way too many oddball pizza selections for a place that equally balances adults and children.

Fantastic pizza. We got there late and there was still fresh pizzas being put out.
I was very upset when the manger(Maxx) came to our table and asked us not to talk to one of the workers because he needed to work. He had no right to talk to us like that, he needed to talk with the young man instead of us. Were we supposed to ignore the young man. The young man was mostly talking in passing while cleaning off tables. The young man was someone we knew and had not seen him in 4 years.

I've brought my grandkids here several times now, and they always have fun. The arcade is enough to make them very happy. One thing, the staff that maintains the inoperable games should really learn how to reset them when the wifi is disconnected. All they need to do is unplug it and let it reboot. There were several games that needed that, and they became operational again.
I love Pizza Ranch in Watertown. The food is always good and the new remodel is AMAZING! Definately a destination restaurant in Watertown.
