Friendly staff, reasonable prices, decent quality. The store was very clean and had a few spots to sit. The service was really fast, and had a great variety of options.They also have a birthday program were they give you a free drink on your birthday.
I love this place, come once a week, and have never been disappointed. so many good choices. try the lychee black tea w/ pearls, or the taro smooth w/ pearls or the strawberry au lait w/ pearls

Great, fast service, quality drinks with a seasonal drink rotation. Maybe not the most inviting place to hang out at for long, the area small and open to traffic coming and going, but that's the only minor and very picky negative thing about this place.
