Great, fast service, quality drinks with a seasonal drink rotation. Maybe not the most inviting place to hang out at for long, the area small and open to traffic coming and going, but that's the only minor and very picky negative thing about this place.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, decent quality. The store was very clean and had a few spots to sit. The service was really fast, and had a great variety of options.They also have a birthday program were they give you a free drink on your birthday.

Nice and pleasant experience. They have one regular and one bigger one. Recommend to put less ice, as the regular ice level overpowered the milktea taste. Fast service

I waited almost one hour and my drink didn’t come. I had to leave without my drink and I already paid. What great service!

Long wait and still messed up order :( i hope i wasnt charged for the toppings i didnt get. Also, they were out of some toppings at the time.

Their bubble tea is good, but their customer service and communication is horrible. My friend bought me a $30 gift card to chai time and when I tried using it the workers didn't let me. Basically my friend got scammed out of $30. The workers also weren't friendly and didn't answer my questions about why I couldn't use my gift card.

Not as busy as Gong Cha and the tea is just as good, they don't have the bubble waffles, but I enjoy the vibe of this place more than the other spots.

They are sometimes out of milk tea but other than that it's good. I have noticed though with the points system that it doesn't always give you the points for each drink.
