So my wife went into mcdonalds chuka blvd and ordered me a big mac and mcrib, there was virtually no sauce on the rib so my wife complained about it, in retaliation and spite they turned it into a mcrib soup which was totally unedible this mcdonalds is a horrible spitefull store with vindictive spitefull little people working there treating it like there own personal club, i certainly wont be going there ever again. This was the first time i have used a mcdonalds in yrs and was looking forward to it, but i guess not

Been here too many times, only because we live in the area. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. One time we ordered the most basic things, like a double cheeseburger and a mcChicken and it took over 15 mins. Seriously, it's not even fast food at this point. Had the order messed up multiple times too. This place needs a serious overhaul of staff, they act like it's YOUR fault that THEY screwed up my order. I rarely have experiences like this with other McDonald's before where as this place I'm surprised if they don't screw something up. Happens more often than not. It's actually comical. Reposting this because it has not got any better. Slowest drive through I have ever been to by a long shot.

Waited in the drive thru at this location for over 20 minutes this morning with only 2 other cars in the drive thru, none at the window just the ordering board. So much for "fast food"Seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location specifically

I ordered a double quarter pounder, and they only put one patty inside it and put it in the double box! It's too late as I already came home...
I visited this location again today because I live so close to it, I keep assuming it will be better but it never is. I always order a custom sandwich yet even so, it’s never very warm and always mediocre in taste (McChickens usually). My last 3 experiences have all been bad. Poor quality food, flat pop, dirty tables and very very poor service. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes just to order when nobody is even in line. It seems like nobody is dedicated to working the till. I’ll go to a different location next time.

I have never written a bad review for anything until today. I chose one lane and was the only person in line to have two people pull into the other free lane and get helped prior to me. They then told me to wait as the garbage truck emptied the garbage in the lane. I was fine waiting, but when I eventually pulled up and ordered a kids meal for my child I was told to wait in another parking spot, where I waited 15 mins only to have to unpack my kids and go inside to collect my order. The restaurant was in no way busy, and neither was the drive through. I got home to realize I'd been given chunky milk. No one offered any condolences, no one apologized for the wait, they handed me cold, spoiled, overpriced food after a half hour. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had.
