The customer service was poor, and I received less than expected. The guy who was making the order was rude and didn’t know how to treat customers respectfully. I was a regular customer for them. But never gonna order from that store again.

The worker charged me for a more expensive sub than I ordered, and when I asked they played dumb, they also have there total screen covered with napkins so you can't see.

Untrained or either didn't care about service. I ordered a meatballer and they forgot to add the pepperoni until I had to remind them. I asked for a little bit of Chipotle sauce and proceeded to put a ton on.

Skimpy on everything, nothing like the pictures on the menu board. 3 slices of cucumber on a 6" sub, each the size of a quarter. When I spoke to the supervisor, he said "this is the Subway standard". Why is the standard different than the marketing images? I'd rather take my money elsewhere in the food court.

This location was significantly understaffed, while getting there the hand no one in front of me for ordering. Just the current bowls being completed and paid for. With that we had 3 people get in line. After approximately 5 minutes the sandwich artist asked and was about to start my order, the proceeded to to work on a mobile order first. And tell the individuals behind me I was to be the last customer after making the mobile order 15 minutes

The experience was horrible. I know people are trying to save food cost and what not. But, you don’t give people 2 slices of cucumber, 3 small slices of tomato and pinch of lettuce in their veggie sub.! I took veggie sub and this is all I got. I would never visit again or would recommend anyone working with me in the Mall.Such a ripoff ? I would love to share the picture of my Sandwich but unfortunately my phone is not allowing me to do so!

When you go to the food court at the Cornwall Center most of the time when you go to that Subway you cannot hear the staff 2/3 of the time because of the noise. That's when you do speak up you still don't get your order correct most of the time. Even though you tell them what you want it's all great when you speak a little louder to get them to hear what you want and sometimes it takes a while to get through cuz most of them don't speak great English. Plus when you're done when you get to the till they sing you just want the sub do you want a drink and with that do you want to make it a combo they don't ask that. Do you need to train the staff at the Subway at the Cornwall Center to ask do you want anything else with that like a drink or would you like to make it a combo with chips or cookies.Because the staff at the subway in the Cornwall Center their job is to entice people to get more than just the sub sandwich and since they don't do that they think all you want is just the sub sandwich sometimes you got to stop them and tell them you want this this and this and then you finally get to pay for the everything. So you need to entice your stuff at the Cornwall Center Subway to encourage do you want more than just the with the ordered!!

never order takeout/delivery from this subway, three times in a row I have gotten my order wrong. tonight is the last night I will ever order. can't get the right bread or extra ingerdiants that you have to pay for. I have even gotten the wrong drinks before. It's like they don't want delivery orders so they mess them up on purposeedit: I am ordering one sub, one drink, and bag of chips it the easiest order you could ask for

Excellent bread, delicious chicken, they loaded subway, loved it, no skimming of any ingredients, they wear gloves, fast efficient service we usually come here to eat, both sales associates were polite and very efficient.
