This location was significantly understaffed, while getting there the hand no one in front of me for ordering. Just the current bowls being completed and paid for. With that we had 3 people get in line. After approximately 5 minutes the sandwich artist asked and was about to start my order, the proceeded to to work on a mobile order first. And tell the individuals behind me I was to be the last customer after making the mobile order 15 minutes

When you go to the food court at the Cornwall Center most of the time when you go to that Subway you cannot hear the staff 2/3 of the time because of the noise. That's when you do speak up you still don't get your order correct most of the time. Even though you tell them what you want it's all great when you speak a little louder to get them to hear what you want and sometimes it takes a while to get through cuz most of them don't speak great English.
