This is my second time here at Wasabi Rehina since i arrived a month ago. They have a wide variety of food to order - and they’re all delicious!
I tried to pre-order supper for New Years a day in advanced only to have it cancelled saying you can’t pre-order, try again tomorrow. Tried again (day of) around lunch time to order to have it cancelled again. Told again to try after 3:00 pm. Went to place order, NO times available for tonight. Now I have a “credit” because I originally paid for the dinner so I’m out $75 and no New Years dinner..... don’t waste your time preordering from this place as they do not honour...read full review
What is so great is that while we usually order once a month they remember me by name. Last night the very lovely young lady at the till recognized me when I went in and asked me if the kimchi was to spicy. It took me a couple seconds to realize that not only had I only ordered the kimchi once but that she remembered!
Truly great service and yes I got more kimchi!
Next time you’re there get an order, it keeps for weeks and tastes fantastic!
