Worse service ever! Didn't see her all night until it was time for our bill.Steaks were burnt, but no one was there to quality check. Not a good experience.

Ordered a striploin steak rare. When it came it was more like a minute steak. It was about 1/2” thick and more grizzled and fat than meat. The vegetables were over cooked and the twice baked potatoes were more whipped than baked. Overall I was very disappointed with the keg and probably not go back in the future.

The staff were nice and the atmosphere was clean. But I had the worst buget of my life here. I know its not the servers fault or the owner or even the chef's. They were just trying to prevent food Bourne illness.The burger was overdone and dry. To the nth degree. I'm still sad like 2 years later. I shoulda complained then and there but was too nice. It's still a great spot to go, and friends and fam have had good meals there. Just whatever you do. Don't get the burger. Get anything and everything else.The staff were kind hardworking people and deserve all the gratuities and are very attentive. Maybe I just had a bad night. I wish the restaurant all the sucess and good fortune and business they can. Just maybe different burgers.The fries, tho were fantastic. And so was the water.

We took our daughter to The Keg for her 22nd birthday supper. We made a reservation through the Open Table app. We greeted by a hostess who confirmed our reservation and promptly seated us at our table. Reid was there almost immediately to begin the evening. He was very nice and professional. From drinks to appies to main course to the offering of a complimentary bday dessert everything was quite nice. We come to The Keg a couple of times per year for special occasions. And we will continue to do so.

This was our first time to The Keg as a family of 6 with 2 small children. Unfortunately it was just ok. Our server took our drink orders and food orders at the same time because we had 2 small children with us. We received our drinks but were never offered refills or if we wanted another glass of wine/beer or even water. Our food took 40 minutes to come and only 3 of us received our meals! It was another 5-7 minutes before the rest received theirs. 2 of the steaks were over cooked. Our server finally came over when we were about half way through our meals to ask how things were and I mentioned the steaks. She brought out the manager and he was generous enough to take those meals off of our bill. The server just seemed flustered and overwhelmed with having to serve so many tables. Service was just not there! Food was great for the majority of our group.

The food was relatively good but the service was terrible. I've never felt like more of an inconvenience to a server as I did this visit. Asking for a drink refill seemed to annoy him, he wouldn't speak to us when he came to the table,when I'd ask a question he wouldn't answer, had zero reply when we would say thank you. 2 adults and 3 kids, over $300 bill and then an additional tip to feel like we were a problem was not something I planned for in going for a meal.
I must say a thank you to the management. When we were seated we sat for 25 min. before being attended to. We did finally have to ask for service. This was defiantly not normal for this location as we have been here multiple times. The manager came over immediately and apologized for this over site. From there on in we were looked after excellent. Our server was a newer server but was excellent and did his very best to help us. He was excellent in his efforts.(sorry to have not gotten a name) Very happy with how we were treated and how they dealt with this oversite. A lot of times it is how people deal with a problem that determines the outcome and I can say that the manager and our server exceed expectations. Thank you.

The lounge was intimate, comfortable, and had a great overall feel. The service was awesome! She was friendly and good at her job! The food was amazing!! I had the salmon and it's to die for!!!

The food was absolutely amazing our server was fantastic. The pricing is a bit high but for an occasional night out and getting our meat exactly how we want it it's worth it..A free dessert for our anniversary was a nice thank you

We had an excellent evening celebrating a special birthday! Our server was excellent. The only complaint I would say we had is the tables are a little crowded and if you are a little larger this is uncomfortable. We will be back!

Very enjoyable evening. The waitress was very good and accommodating to the lady who has allergies. I've been with her to other restaurants where the staff have been very rude and annoyed by her allergy, but we were all grateful that it wasn't made a big deal last night. Thank you for a great evening.
