We took our daughter to The Keg for her 22nd birthday supper. We made a reservation through the Open Table app. We greeted by a hostess who confirmed our reservation and promptly seated us at our table. Reid was there almost immediately to begin the evening. I must say a thank you to the management. When we were seated we sat for 25 min. before being attended to. We did finally have to ask for service. This was defiantly not normal for this location as we have been here multiple times. The manager came over immediately and apologized for this over site. From there on in we were looked after excellent. Our server was a newer server but was excellent and did his very best to help us.
