the staff are so nice, and always make sure your drinks are right. I come here pretty much every day, and not once have they messed up my order. And the Employee working tonight was so sweet to me, and gave me a donut on the house because they didn’t have the pastry i wanted. so amazing how such a little act of kindness can really brighten up your whole day!
I am appalled by the service here. They always mix up peoples orders and give orders to the next people before.Today me and my friend came here and ordered on seperate orders. They tried to say I took her food order when I had nothing but my own food item I ordered. At least 2 workers really had seriously had the audacity to look over at my table while she and been waiting for at least 10 minutes to see if I actually had it not once but twice after I told them I did NOT have it...read full review

In response to the owners request for additional information regarding my review. The shelves were nearly bare, very little selection for a snack. The counter service came off as "grumpy" we all have bad days, I understand. The coffee was much stronger than other locations (maybe they got the order wrong, I don't know).
