I was a little surprised with my coffee this morning. Not the surprise I was expecting but hey. Coffee grinds once in awhile but I surely wasn’t expecting this, sweetener packet. I understand there could be mishaps.
I am a regular customer of this place but I don't know wts the issue with the staff, they don't listen properly and most of the time I get the wrong order thn have to replace it, they talk rough with the customers, the depit machine is also a problem doesn't work properly. When the mall closing is 6pm but after 4pm you won't find anything there to eat.. I was served with very less quantity in the coffee cup but when I asked they replied nothing..Not satisfied at all.

Update: coincidentally the latte machine has been working consistently since I posted this haha - good work guys!!Great staff - but their espresso/latte machine is down more than it’s not. 7/10 times it’s either being “cleaned” or it’s not working. This location is notorious for this, so unless you’re just buying a coffee take my advice and avoid this location if possible .
