I regularly pre-order from four Tim Hortons locations in the city: Clarence, 8th St & Cumberland, Broadway and 8th, and Betts Avenue. The latter is the most convenient due to its proximity to the Shaw Centre, where my kids swim early in the morning from 5:30 am to 7:30 am.Despite the convenience, the Betts Avenue location consistently falls short in preparing my pre-orders promptly. Terrible. Never get what you ask for because person in drive through doesn't understand English, so they guess what you want, it's pathetic. 9 times out of 10 my order has been wrong. If you like surprises, you'd love it here.

Worst Tim Hortons in Sask/Alberta. Whenever I order a breakfast sandwich from this location the entire sandwich is dripping in grease including the muffin. I've been to many other locations and this is the only one who does this.
