Worst Tim Hortons in Sask/Alberta. Whenever I order a breakfast sandwich from this location the entire sandwich is dripping in grease including the muffin. I've been to many other locations and this is the only one who does this.

I regularly pre-order from four Tim Hortons locations in the city: Clarence, 8th St & Cumberland, Broadway and 8th, and Betts Avenue. The latter is the most convenient due to its proximity to the Shaw Centre, where my kids swim early in the morning from 5:30 am to 7:30 am.Despite the convenience, the Betts Avenue location consistently falls short in preparing my pre-orders promptly. Unlike other stores, they don't have orders ready when I arrive, making me wait and inquire about my order each time, causing delays. Even after pre-ordering 10-15 minutes ahead, the food is not prepared until I flag down an employee. Their policy of not preparing orders in advance for in-store pickup, unlike other locations, is inconvenient and has made me late on multiple occasions.I've tested pre-ordering inside versus going through the drive-thru without pre-ordering, and the drive-thru consistently proves faster. This poses a challenge, especially when I'm pressed for time between gym class and picking up my kids from swimming.Today, despite pre-ordering 15 minutes in advance, my order at Betts Avenue wasn't ready when I arrived at 7:30 am. It took additional time to flag down employees, impacting my schedule. This inconsistency has led me to rely on the Clarence location, where pre-orders are consistently ready on time, helping me maintain a busy schedule. Unfortunately, Betts Ave doesn't meet the reliability standards I expect when pre-ordering.

Terrible. Never get what you ask for because person in drive through doesn't understand English, so they guess what you want, it's pathetic. 9 times out of 10 my order has been wrong. If you like surprises, you'd love it here.

I was a little surprised with my coffee this morning. Not the surprise I was expecting but hey. Coffee grinds once in awhile but I surely wasn’t expecting this, sweetener packet. I understand there could be mishaps.

Stay away!!!! The slowest service ever in the drive thru. Most stuff we asked for they didn’t have. When we finally found something they did have,we had to wait in the lot over 20 mins. They then gave another car our order and gave us someone else’s. So we all got out of the cars and figured it out . Do not go here , there is no organization at all . Food is thrown together and looks bad and cold . Considering we waited you think it would be hot. Also they will make and send out skip the dishes orders before a customer in the store. Ridiculous

My family loves chocolate glazed Tim bits, but we aways skip this location because they don't glaze the Tim bits at all. They are totally dry. We usually stop at the Confederation one before we head home.

The manager they have working there has no business working as a manager! Too many times she gave me coffee with bad cream! She gives me bagels that are completely squished and burnt! I have made numerous complaints yet nothing is ever done to correct her attitude! EVER! Save your money. Not worth it at this location!

I always get the large turkey bacon club. I always asked for the bacon to be cooked. The 410 - 22nd street location never cooks or microwaves the bacon when i go through drivethrough. I have to go inside, request bacon cooked / microwaved at the till and WATCH the person making it. They still dont microwave it even when requested at the till.

Drive tru staff are always rushing. They rush when they take orders, also rush in handling in food. or they'll give you your food order but will not give a napkin.. this happened when we bought an iced capp in Drive tru. The staff hand in the cup to my husband so fast that he ddnt get a chance to hold it properly and it made a mess in our car and his shorts were wet and sticky!!

The workers didn't speak English and made you point at what you wanted on a piece of paper, and still ended up messing up the order, would avoid this one at all costs.

Picked up a steep tea with one sugar. The other half picked herself two coffees. Hey I don't question her anymore. Best to keep whistling and not question her judgements. She slugs them back like there's no tomorrow...
