Ordered breakfast at the drive-thru, explaining that I wanted to add a breakfast sandwich with my coffee since they have a $3 deal (hot or cold drinks plus a breakfast sandwich). The staff couldn't understand the math, and I ended up paying more than $3 plus tax. One guy gave an impatient hand gesture for additional orders.

Every morning that I go here through the drive through they try to be so fast and they rush you. I understand they are trying to get people through the line faster but it’s too chaotic and unnecessary. They need to learn to slow down a bit because they stress some people out. As soon as I pull up, or even before, they have the debit machine sticking out of the window already (if no one is ahead of you) and they keep saying the price over and over while you are trying to get your debit card out after scanning your app for points. Even while you’re holding the debit machine waiting for it to show approved, they will try grab it back saying “it’s done”. Like chill out. Also, the customer service isn’t great. They rush you and don’t say “good morning” or “have a nice day”. They are like robots, doing the same thing over and over.

Dirty!!! Bathrooms were disgusting. Customers kept coming to the front and telling the staff that the lady's bathroom had no toilet paper and the women works just stared at them and did nothing. The entire place was dirty. This is a common theme with Tim Hortons.

The staff at Blairmore Tim Hortons are great, I often go for breakfast or lunch with my girlfriend or her family. I had breakfast which didn’t take long considering it’s always busy on the weekends.
Never have potato wedges if there so popular make more because everytime i go they’re always sold out i’m so mad don’t put it on the menu then.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Every time I have been here I have been thoroughly disappointed. The staff are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. I had one staff member throw straws on the table when I asked for one with my iced capp. Another staff member accused me of dining and dashing and made me pay for a coffee that I never ordered. I ordered my meal and when I went to the window to pay, they told me they didn’t have any of the food?? The food is usually poorly made as I got food poising from their home style biscuit on one occasion. There needs to be new staff and management as all of these concerns are not being addressed. This used to be a great Tims location but as of recently, I only ever have bad experiences when I come here. Hire new staff, hire new management, and train your employees better. They are all so rude and have absolutely no manners, they can’t even do the job they are being paid to do.
