My husband went in on December 23rd.Lunch time.Never been there before.The y9ung man who waited on us was wonderful.The MOD was another story.Loud mouthed and insulting.He critized not only the employee but from a distance he also critized me.All because of the picture that looked like cheese but was actually mustard.I went to go speak my mind.But husband in his wisdom said post it instead.He chewed out the employee so everyone could hear.
It’s insane how inconsistent this jacks location is! They won’t even toast the bread on the Texas toast. It’s so consistently horrible compared to the one in Savannah 10 mins away. It’s so bad. Please do better, or shut this location down. This looks horrible on the franchise. It’s not even close to the type of food a normal jacks turns out. Pathetic

I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and a large Coke and paid 28 dollars to get home and only have 10 pieces of chicken. I tried to call them and nobody will answer the phone. Yesterday I ordered breakfast and had to go back and get what was missing. And got to my parents and still didn’t get everything I ordered. Looks like I’m gonna have to stop eating at jacks.
