I didn't rate the atmosphere because we used the drive thru. The food was as expected and the service was good. By now, most people should know what to expect from Taco Bell or fast food in general.
I was at Taco Bell in alcoa this evening. Some were on their breaks, and some getting off work, so working well they was a man came inside and just stood there I was standing there waiting on my order all at once this lady comes in screaming too the top of her lungs to all employees there that she didn't get 1 cinnamon crunch in her order in drive through said her husband was waving his arms while he stood there he did not move or say a word till she came in out of control I...read full review
