“First time here for my wife, and I. The menu+ordering was easy. The staff was nice, patient, and the price wasn't terrible. Thw lobby was clean, but they had a lady still checking & sweeping to get extra clean which is respectable. The food is delicious also!“
“For a Mexican dish place, it's one of our top spots. The salsa is very good, the guacamole is fresh made with nice big chunks, and the cheese dip has a good kick of spice to it without being too much. Wife got a fajita plate and it was STACKED with meat. As far as quality goes we really enjoyed the food.“
“I was at Taco Bell in alcoa this evening. Some were on their breaks, and some getting off work, so working well they was a man came inside and just stood there I was standing there waiting on my order all at once this lady comes in screaming too the top of her lungs to all employees there that she didn't get 1 cinnamon crunch in her order in drive through said her husband was waving his arms while he stood there he did not move or say a word till she came in out of control I mean come on that cinnamon crunch is only a dollar and something no need for all that drama and screaming that loud at every employee that worked there what is wrong with this world where is your patience and human kindness they were doing their best they didn't mean too mess up shame on you lady you need some anger management I felt so sorry for all those work they were so upset one was pregnant whats this world coming too .you guys hang in there and God bless you all“
“I Visited this locations drive through tonight, for the second time in the past week, and was pleasantly surprised both times to see a new guy working the window. he is outstanding. Very attentive and polite to customers. Food was out fast, and still hot when I arrived home. Everything ordered was made precisely as requested. Hats off to this crew! (I have encountered rudeness from different Taco Bell employees in the past) recently however, my expectations have been exceeded. Keep up the good work and give this guy a raise! will add name if learned“
“A little inconsistent, sometimes I'll only receive maybe half the amount of food I normally get. But it always tastes great. Sometimes they use orange peppers in their fajita veggies, I way prefer those. Staff is pretty good but sometimes a little weird, or will act oblivious to me while standing on their phones.Vegetarian options: I'm fairly certain they have plant based protein, and they definitely have beans.“
“Loco Burro is always one of our favorites but today was even more special. Went to celebrate my bday and our server Anjelika was AMAZING!! She was so attentive and made sure we had the best experience. Everything was top notch! Thank you for having employees like Anjelika that go the extra mile.“
“It took me a while to get someone to go with me to try Chapuline's because it's attached to the Exxon gas station but I finally convinced a friend to join me - and it was a very pleasant and delicious surprise. The service was very friendly and they took the time to help us understand their menu. The prices are very reasonable (under $4 per taco) and the variety is wonderful from chicken, steak, seafood and beyond. They offer 5 varieties of Mexican beers (but sorry, no margaritas.) My friend very much enjoyed the vegetarian burrito and it was a size to match Chipotle's. They have a nice salsa bar so you can sample different flavors - or dip your tongue in a spicy salsa sauce and watch your friend's eyes start to cry. It's not much in the way of "atmosphere" being a smaller venue tucked next to the gas station but they do the best they can. Spanish channel on the TV, Spanish music and some light decorations. But the real charm is the good food at fair prices. Definitely will return to try some different tacos and the occasional burrito.Vegetarian options: Veggie Burrito is available.“
“This place is hands down my favorite in Maryville. Since my now husband introduced me when we were dating, it’s a must have as soon as I get into the city. Im so glad they opened one closer to the house. I love the ACP. I usually do take out but there’s seating. And typically parking isn’t an issue but the inside can get crowded depending on the time of day.“
“Tortilla chips were fresh, which is always appreciated. The house salsa was better than average. I find most to be a little bland. They do have a house hot sauce, which I always order, which kicks up my entree a notch. Prices were standard for the area.“
