Cane down to get a cup of coffee. They advertise they close at 9:30 am but at 8:50, the bistro was closed and I couldn't get a cup of Starbucks coffee. I have stayed at much cheaper hotels, and had a full free breakfast, I expected a bit more from Marriott.
A great place to stay near the McGhee Tyson Airport Courtyard by Marriott is a renowned hotel chain with a strong presence across the United States. With over 1,100 locations nationwide, it exemplifies consistency and quality. Tennessee, in particular, is home to numerous Courtyard by Marriott hotels, including the one in Knoxville. After an hour and a half after ordering the bistro burger and side of salad, I asked if we were forgotten. I was assured we weren't forgotten and they were just really busy. I looked out at the 3 other tables besides ours that were taken, and said "ok." Soon after, she came out and asked what we ordered again. Clearly, we were forgotten.
