I ordered and went up to the window and I was told multiple times to back up so I wouldn’t be on the timer because she’s not ready for me and I was told I was anxious to eat, however, a timing issue is on them not me . I paid and pulled off because If you can’t even do a fast food job right maybe you shouldn’t be there

I been to this location a few times cause it's close and everytime there is some issue.There's been times I had to wait inside to order for over 5 minutes even with nobody in front of me. The soda machine is broken half the time. The service is slow. There's been a couple time the dining area is closed in the middle of the day. One time there was loud rap music playing in the kitchen which I normally wouldn't mind but you probably shouldn't have profanity laced music playing in a public place where kids are. But thats Memphis for ya.

I drove up and was behind two cars the time was 9:20am and still sitting here at 9:53am this is horrible. I’m just getting my food at 10:15 please do not come to this BK on Elvis Presley
Went back for the first time in a long while the decline in service is really noticeable. I arrived at 5:30pm on a Saturday and was the only diner in the place with maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Ordered double whopper combo meal substituted onion rings for fries. Took about 5 minutes for them to put the order together. Finally brought the meal to the counter and it had fries, told the counter person i had onion rings which was promptly swapped out. Proceeded to the booth sat down and it was a single whopper not the double i ordered, took it back to the counter and stated i ordered a double which again they had to make. I returned to my booth and the counter person waved to me that my burger was done. Heaven forbid they bring it to me. Remember i am the ONLY DINER in the entire place and these cretins couldn't get the simple order correct. Incredible the amount of indifference these people have in doing a decent job.
