Love this restaurant I have been coming here since 1994 and it’s had its rough patches over the years but always bounces back.I order online but love dining in & having the experience I’ve had all these years. I recommend the fried chicken salad, steak and baked potato with veggies. Who can resist their infamous potato soup with those mouthwatering rolls??The bar is a great place to come sit and have a drink or two and maybe stay and watch the game. The lady Bartender is awesome and great at her job.If your looking for a family night out, celebratory dinner, business lunch/dinner, or just a quick lunch it is worth every penny.

Came to the location on Stage Rd in Bartlett, Tn. Wasn’t crowded and still not satisfied with the service or food. Fries were cold, fish was small, and the cole slaw was kinda dry. Kiana was the waitress and bartender. She has room for improvement.I think this will be the last visit for me.

I tried this O'Charley's (December 27, 2022), I guess two months after I had a terrible experience at the O'Charley's in Southaven. These are the only 2 left in Memphis area. So, I'm sure these will be closing down soon like the other ones. I think they had a total of 5 in and around Memphis, now they're down to two. I went in and waited about 6 minutes at the front to be seated. No one ever came, so, I sat myself. Then I asked a guy walking by, how long is the wait to be waited on? He said no one will wait on me because that area is closed. So, I went back to the front, stood there another 5 minutes and the young lady comes to the front and tell me it will be 45 minutes before someone will take my order. So, me still trying to support the business, I decided to do a to-go order. Low and behold to me it would still take over 45 minutes to do that. I was so frustrated but remained polite. It took the young lady over 20 minutes to come from the back to take my order and four others were waiting to pick up orders. She told one man that placed his order online "they don't have potato soup. Well, they have potato soup but they are out of potatoes." Well, news flash... It's not potato soup if it doesn't have any potatoes in it. She finally takes my order and all I ordered was 2 orders of pepper jack wedges and a chicken tender children meal. Shouldn't take long to get right? WRONG! It took and additional 30 minutes to get my order, probably longer. A young, short African American girl took my order. Her attitude was so nasty. She was rude, lacked any type of customer service skills, and very nonchalant. I asked for honey mustard instead of marinara and I repeated it because she didn't respond and her reply was "I heard you," very rude and disrespectful. When I finally paid for my order, she refused to give me a receipt. I tried to find a manager and told him what was going on and he was so nonchalant also. I think maybe he was only the cook pretending to be the manager. I finally get my food, NO HONEY MUSTARD. I had to wait another 7 minutes for honey mustard. Then the little girl kicked my foot when she walked past me to the register. I said you kicked my foot. She said excuse me. But it wasn't genuine. This experience was way worse than the one in Southaven. By far the worst customer service, the food wasn't good. They only gave me 10 fries with the children's meal, two little pieces of tenders which could have been boneless nuggets, and pepper jack wedges were not hot and fresh by the time I finally got my honey mustard and me and my son ate in the car. No one cares about providing excellent customer service anymore. I have worked in customer service over 20 years, and I actually worked at O'Charley's on Ridgeway years ago before they closed down. That was one of the first ones to close down. The corporate offices don't care. This is so sad what the world has come to now. But they are charging me (us) way more money to eat at their establishments and we get way worse service, way less food, and way less quality. So sad!! Save your time and money, DO NOT Eat Here!!

Not typically the type to write a review but this SERVICE WAS BAD. I waited an HOUR for a to go order that should’ve been ready. I called from the curbside area and no one answered the phone for 20 minutes. I get down and my order isn’t ready and upon getting my order 30 min later it’s not right. I received another persons order and they were also upset about wait time. Then the worker said “my manager mixed the bags up”. Please do better next time. Currently still sitting here waiting on missing orders as I write this. Also spent over $150 on this order so yes I am upset.

1 star because I can’t give them 0 stars. The steaks that I ordered medium rare and medium were NOT cooked all the way. They were completely raw inside and cold in the center. I called the restaurant but I was placed on hold twice and then hung up on before I was able to talk to anyone. Went up to the store to speak to the manager to either get a refund for the uncooked steak or to have it remade however no manager ever came out and I was given the run around. It was not busy at all. More staff than customers so finally I left. Will NOT be ordering from here again. Don’t waste your money. Order from Applebees instead. They have to be doing something right with their parking lot always filled.

I have done numerous orders via curbside and via delivery. The past year of deliveries I have had items missing. Each time no one has helped me. This last time I was missing my child’s meal along with items of my meal. I spoke to the to-go area that evening (Thursday) and he took my name down and said he would get it fixed and call me back. I never heard back and called the next day I called again and spoke to a manager at 3:45 in the afternoon. She said they were really busy and she would take care of it and call me back. I still have not heard back from them. Do not recommend to order from them. If you have missing items you won’t see your money back for that item.

If I could give this visit zero stars I would. I pull up and all of the Togo spots are filled with no one in their cars. To my surprise 10 plus people are waiting inside for their orders. No one came around and checked on these people. Some waiting 45min to a hour. After seeing several employees walk past and not acknowledge any of the people I spoke up asking for some sort of customer service. The waiter brings out the manager who acts as if there weren't several people waiting "what can I help you all with". He then goes to the back and pulls out 2 carts full of to-go orders. Why they decided to have the orders sit in the kitchen I have no idea. I understand not having many workers but when your restaurant has more people in the to-go area than those sitting down that's ridiculous and bad for business! DO BETTER!

Service so slow and horrible , food was terrible. No rolls , crackers , pasta, spinach dip, no fish at all, no fried shrimp. Bread was toasted so hard on a kids hamburger that she couldn’t bite through it. Also the A1 sauce too was so nasty a napkin was used to open bottle. Why is this location still open?

This used to be my favorite restaurant but they've gone way downhill. I keep giving them a try hoping maybe management is the issue but I don't know anymore. Received my to go order cold. Broccoli still in the microwave bag and unseasoned, corn unseasoned and these items are supposed to be. Side of fries was sad, maybe 7 fries and pieces mostly. No butter for the rolls and rolls were kind of hard. Ordered an 8 oz sauce received a small ramekin. Probably never eating here again unless I'm just really craving their chicken. Very sad seeing a restaurant once so good get so bad. McDonald's has better quality if that says anything. Also I don't know if it is just the Bartlett location that's this bad, maybe I need to try another location before I rule this chain out entirely.

This place has declined dramatically in food quality and staff skill since the pandemic. I tried multiple times on different days and had sub par food. They seem to be training up an all new crew, which is fine, but they don’t seem to be improving as the months pass. I really hope they can come back up to the standard of this national chain soon.

We have ordered Door Dash from this location four times in the last six months. All four times, our order has been incorrect I.E. completely different side dishes. We paid $8.00 for rolls and received none. This last order, I purchased the Cajun Chicken Pasta and got half of a normal order. My husband purchased a cup of soup and got half of a cup. We have nothing but problems from this location, so we will not be spending anymore money with them…not that they care because customer service is non-existent in 2022. This review is for folks looking for recommendations for restaurants. Avoid this place!

We have ordered DoorDash from this location four times in the last six months. EVERY SINGLE ORDER has been wrong. We've received completely different sides, half orders of dishes, not received rolls at all after paying $8.00 for them, no croutons on salads, etc. I would not spend my money here. I know the establishment and it's employees don't care about this review from one person (because customer service is seemingly non-existent in 2022), but I'm writing this for all the folks looking to spend their hard earned money on a night out of no cooking. Look elsewhere!

First time I went in April of 2022, very bland and cold food. Last night I went and had the new nachos, cheese was cool (I mean not a hint of warmth to it) and my meat was WAY over cooked. It looked like little balls of leather. Boyfriend ordered the potato skins for his appetizer, that never came. Bottle beer was good though ? Bartender was nice and manager took it off the bill, offered me something else. I was burned twice so I just came home and had a PB&J.

They definitely were short on staff as we had to wait for a table despite there being many open tables. Our server did an outstanding job though as our foid was brought promptly. The tater tots were good, nice and crispy on the outside, but my burger was undercooked. I had asked for a bacon cheddar burger, but was not told until it was brought out that they were out of bacon.
