“Be prepared to enter into a Small Chinese Restaurant with limited seating; 2 tables with seating for 4.They have wonderful customer service, are very kind and friendly, and make sure to make us feel very welcomed to the community.Absolutely loved the decor on their walls, too!“
“We've always ordered delivery through DD for Ahi and the sushi never disappoints (I recc the Mango Mango Roll 1000%) - the fried rice is huge in portion, but is always a little bland salt wise. Add a little seasoning and I'd go nowhere else!Parking: Large parking lot“
“It's a very calm clean relaxing place to have lunch ... I ordered the Pho and sushi rolls ?The Pho is a noodle soup ? which you can add meatball, meats and also vegetable sprouts..Parking: At the corner of Summer@ mendenhall I'm not sure if the parking lot is shared with the grocery store or if it's all connectedBut I believe they do HAVE parking in the back“
“I'm not an all you can eat buffet person but this restaurant was actually good. I like the fact that you mark on the menu what you want the waitress takes it to the kitchen and they bring it out to you. You finish that and do it over again for as much as you can eat. So it's like a All you can eat but you don't have to get up and get it. If that makes sense. If you have leftovers it is an extra charge. The location is clean. There was no wait time. All the food was fresh and well cooked. You do have an option of not doing the $28 All you can eat and just ordering as if you were at a restaurant but I feel it would be better to just do the All you can eat.“
“Sekisui Pacific Rim is an east Memphis sushi scene, from the food to the ambiance to the service!FOODI can't help but rave about their Redbirds Roll - it's my absolute favorite for 18 years now. It's a meal all in itself. Imagine a California roll with crispy crab inside and cooked shrimp on the top. I also like that is pays homage to our baseball team, the Memphis Redbirds. And the Cucumber Rolls? The freshness and flavor burst in your mouth, truly a refreshing treat, and you feel very light after eating it. Oh, and don't forget have some green tea; it's the ideal way to round off a fantastic dining experience and help you digest the meal. It's not just the food that makes this place special; Sekisui Pacific Rim goes the extra mile by using eco-friendly paper straws, demonstrating their commitment to the environment and, of course, saving those adorable turtles.AMBIANCEThe ambiance at Sekisui Pacific Rim is hip and chic. In the back of the restaurant, they have an aquarium that serves as mood lighting along with a massive art centerpiece that adds to the overall charm. The art features throughout the restaurant really set the mood for a unique dining experience. When it comes to the seating arrangement, their artsy tables and layout also contribute to the cool and contemporary atmosphere. And if you're looking for a more intimate experience, I highly recommend the cozy sushi bar off to the side - it's the perfect spot to watch the talented chefs work their magic.SERVICEThe staff makes everyone feel like they're at home. I love them and they love people and understand true customer service! If you like sushi, it's a great date place, a place for a small friend group or even a work meeting.“
“Our lunch was excellent. Great, friendly and prompt service by Kalen. Our wasabi pork Shumai was yummy albeit different. Our 3 rolls were fantastic! Spicy salmon was my favorite and had a nice kick. Volcano was also excellent and had and even stronger kick. The Dymamite was good with the least of a kick in terms of spicy. Kalen was awesome. Our miso soup was piping hot. O stall great lunch and great service!“
“Best sushi restaurant I’ve ever visited!! We’ve never received an order of sushi so fast, and we got 4 specialty rolls. Definitely try a fried roll with the hot honey sauce. They also give you complementary spring rolls which is nice. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, we want to come back to Memphis just so we can eat here again.“
“The best Japenese/sushi restaurant in the area by far. I always sit at the bar because Chris, Priscilla, and Tai are the best bartenders and servers. So friendly, fast, and personable!Onto the food...in my 30 plus visits here I have yet to order something I wouldn't order again. You get one free spring roll and they are only $1 each to order more. I have sometimes been tempted to order 10 as my entree. They are so good!! The clear soup and house salad are delicious. I sometimes get the nachos as my entree (hint: get the tuna and crawfish mixed!). The hibachi is amazing and the sushi is always fresh.“
