“After our recent move to Baxter, we had noticed this coffee spot on HWY 70 a number of times, and finally today we decided to head over and give it a try. So glad we did, the coffee is delicious, the service was great, the owners were incredibly friendly and personable! Love it.“

“Nicest looking mcdonald's I've been in since the spy Cafe mcdonald's In palm Beach Florida which was long ago. Food was also better than most mcdonald's.Parking: It's a big parking lot but it is part of a truck stop so you gotta contend with that. Also it has fuel for Passenger vehicles. So that brings in a lot of in and out traffic.“

“First time to stop by and not sure if I will be back. I have a dog and am not opposed to them so don't hate on me. However, I brought my new grandbaby here to relax and enjoy while we talked and caught up, but these animals constantly under my feet, smelling horrible from the rain and causing her to sneeze, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a patio so why not enjoy the dogs under the outdoor cover? As a business owner I would recommend outdoor pets only! Just my thoughts but strong opinion that I won't be back.“

“I've been coming to Cookeville for years to visit my son who lives there. We have a tradition of getting ice cream together. After Baskin Robbins closed down we had to search for something else and found Cream City 2 or 3 years ago. I'm SO glad we did. It has now become our new tradition. Awesome place. Staff is always friendly. Ice cream is always good and they often have some different and neat flavors. I love the old pictures and historical memorabilia in the shop also. It's a neat tribute to the history of the town. Thanks!“

“Kid-friendliness: They welcome our two young sons with open arms and have many kid options for them as well. They even make their hot chocolate kid temperature if you want them to! Cannot recommend this place enough and amazing Americanos as well!“

“We stopped at this super cute coffee bar while visiting the area. It's set up drive through style so you pull right up. There were 2 cars in line when we got there and they moved them through quickly. My daughter got a jaxx'd, which she loved. I asked them a few questions because I wanted something that wasn't overly sweet. I ended up getting the smoke wagon and it was not super sweet which was perfect. Next time I'd probably add an extra shot of expresso because it didn't have much coffee flavor. The girls working there were really nice, overall a great experience!“

“Been wanting to come here for forever but always drive past it. I made a point to come this morning before dropping my kid off at daycare. I ordered the Rhinestone Cowboy in hot and omg it’s so delicious! I’m usually an iced coffee girl but so happy I tried this drink hot. It has the right amount of sweetness but not overly sweet. I’m in love with white chocolate so this is right up my alley.The coffee truck is nicely decorated. The girl waiting on me was very nice and greeted me with a smile. I told her it’s my first time stopping by and I downloaded the Clover app so I can be a life long customer! I will be back to treat myself again!“

This place has more options than you could find anywhere else! and that's before you even factor in the dairy free, sugar free and gluten free options that are also available in drinks and treats! The owners are the best and it's always a divine experience getting something from here!“

“First time here but not a first timer with boba tea. The store is airy and clean. I had no clue what I was ordering in the orange and purple coconut with boba but I’m a risk taker regarding trying new things. Both of my drinks were winners and my kid is especially loving the boba tea. Now she’s a first timer as a boba tea drinker.“

“Really friendly and great tasting coffee. The food is always on par, the coffee beans are fresh, and the staff has always been nothing but wonderful Everytime. Clean facilities, known around town to be the good coffee place :)Dietary restrictions: I’ve had to modify food for my son, the staff worked with me to ensure it was still good ??Kid-friendliness: I’ve brought my happy (hyper) kids inside and the staff or other guests have never made me feel they are unwelcome. Delicious food to keep kids occupied ??“

“As a Realtor, I like to take potential clients to Starbucks to go over process of buying/selling homes. It helps settle the nerves and prepare them on what's to come. Having a well known menu and variety of options helps and who doesn't love just hanging out with someone and a good cup of coffee!! Didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere as there are not many tables away from counter for a conversation and can be distracting. If they move large table in middle and smaller tables around the outside wall it may function better.“

“Giving a 5 star because I love star bucks and my experience is usually always greatHowever- the staff needs to be nice to delivery servicesI do it as a part time job -There’s a lack of communication in getting delivery services their orders.I understand being busy and it’s high volume and stressful but when asking for an order and getting no help is also stressful.I don’t work for Starbucks so I asked because I also am working.At some point the order was ready but no one cared to tell me or turn the bag around correct way so I could actually see the nameI confirmed with the name and an employee told me “names on the bag”Which the bag was backwards so I wouldn’t know who it belonged to or at what point it was actually done.Employees aren’t asking questions and orders are just sitting there with no clear communication by writing nor verbal.Help me help you.“
