This is the only Starbucks I go to in Cookeville!!! The service is always wonderful my order has never been wrong. When I do the mobile order it's always ready an waiting on me (take in consideration the hrs an busyness of the day you visit with time to wait) it's always good morning good afternoon an have a good day. They made an error in telling me something could be made decaf when it couldn't which is no big deal it happens. What really made this starbucks stand above others was they gave me a gift card for my next coffee to make up for the error without me even asking! Great customer service!

They had a power outage, but handled it very professionally. They were quick and very nice. Great coffee. Great service.Parking: Parking is the only problem this Starbucks has. With the drive through in the way. It is difficult to get a spot.
