“There was only one gentleman working and he was outstanding. Professional and polite. The food was hot and fresh. This is the 2nd time in months where we have been there for lunch and this gentleman was working alone and he was professional then like he was today.“

“So good I had a hard time choosing what flavore I wanted. It's so nice to have a good selection of vegan ice cream flavors. I went with my favorite mint chocolate chip but tested the Carmel/coffee or something like that which was very good and made the choice a hard one ;) My husband and I Sat outside and watched the volleyball players while we enjoyed our treat. He had the cookies and cream and said that he wouldn't have even guessed it was dairy free.“

This location has easy parking options nearby and the staff are always friendly. I really dig the dark chocolate and salted caramel ice cream options.“

“Jeni's is the best ice cream I've ever had, truly. Is it cheaper to find their pints on sale at Publix, Kroger, or Target? Sure. BUT sometimes it's just a fun treat to go sample a bunch of the seasonal flavors and get a waffle cone or mix of flavors. Their staff members are typically super kind and informative. This location is cute, clean, and bright. Close to the interstate too, if you're commuting and just need a sweet treat at the end of a long day! I love that there is a fun outdoor area next to this shop if you want to enjoy nice weather as well.“

“Whenever we go, it is always extremely clean, and considering how much goes into making the cookies, the cleanliness is impressive. Not only that, but the workers are always very nice and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my cookies and they are always great! Overall good experience.“

“ALLEN MY KING !!!!! He made everything right after the Brentwood location screwed us over. I still don’t know why they kicked us out of the store like that but Allen made up for it. He showed exceptional customer service and consideration to us, he is genuinely just a nice guy and is so kind to customers. I appreciate that so much. I will willingly drive an extra 10 minutes to this location just for that kind of service. “Franklin, TN. My granddaughter used to work here: she loves Jeni’s! Great ice cream, customer service, communication from the person who rang us up, teamwork, business model, and atmosphere. Our group of 6 found our favorite flavors and a few new ones. My husband loved his blueberry ice cream even more than his regular scoop of chocolate, so props to their recipe developers.It’s in the Factory food court which has a disco ball now; the scattered bits of light distracted our cashier who, mid-sentence, said something like, “Whoa, there’s a disco ball! Was that always there?”There’s lots of seating. We found a high top that accommodated all of us and enjoyed people watching.“

“Service is always exceptional- chicken sandwich is awesome and they always make great strawberry slushes. I live in Springhill and have stopped going to that one because service is so bad. I now only get sonic when I’m at work up here in Brentwood. This place has it together!“

“Wanted something different than a chain burger. Found this place for the first time here in Franklin, TN. The Double Diablo burger was amazing, but the bun was lights out! The sweet potato fries were the best I have had a burger joint. And if you are into Keto, the have burgers with lettuce wraps.“

“The crew here are always kind and courteous. This location is a great option for an outdoor style picnic lunch as well. When I'm having a particularly tough work day, I will come and order food from the picnic tables outside. It recenters me every time and I feel the stress from my work morning melt away. The new BBQ themed menu items look great. I am having the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, but they also have a version with a hamburger patty! The other item is pulled pork BBQ totchos ??I will definitely be trying those on a day when I don't have so much work ahead of me lol. The BBQ sandwich is a mess but in a truly wonderful way. I ordered extra sauce on the side because most places that serve BBQ sandwiches only give you a little dollop of sauce. This sandwich is sauced up and ready to go. The flavor is great considering I didn't have to wait in line at a BBQ joint for 45 minutes to get it. I definitely recommend trying this...it is slightly spicy but not in a overwhelming wayParking: Always an open stall at sonic but I recommend parking at the front to get out and enjoy a meal at the picnic tables“
