“Tonight was our second visit to Mangia Nashville. The first time we went was in their former location and it was quite the experience! I am an extremely picky eater but opened up to the experience and it did not disappoint! Tonight, we went to their newer location and had another wonderful experience. On Friday/Saturday they offer a 3 hour dining experience and I would recommend it highly!! By the time the night is over, you feel like part of the family!! Can’t write to come back!“

“We’re in town from St. Louis, MO, visiting family and setting up for an Expo at the fairgrounds. We’d been craving fish & chips and went here as a recommendation because let’s be honest…where better than an Irish pub for such classic Irish fair? All I can say is…DELICIOUS! We got the Scotch eggs as a starter and they were the best I’ve ever had outside of Scotland! And the fish and chips did NOT disappoint. I don’t like coleslaw, but they make it in house and it was far superior to the normal mayo or vinegar based BBQ side option that most people pass on. Even how the chips were fried tasted better than most fries, as did the the in-house made tartar sauce. Overall, an EXCELLENT stop that I can’t wait to return to on future trips to Nashville.Oh, and shout out to our server, Kelly! That beautiful blonde bombshell was patient, funny, and overall gave great service!“

“Great music and fantastic food and service! We were staying nearby and stopped in for music and appetizers. Both were amazing. It was so good, we returned for dinner and the catfish and meatloaf were both delicious. And the beignets, you HAVE to get the beignets! Also the staff was very friendly and even took the time to give us some advice on some of the things we planned to do around Nashville. If you're in Nashville, go here!!! They even have a parking lot (which is painfully rare it seemed).“

“These cupcakes are to die for! Yesterday was my first time and I came back again today they were that good! The sweet potato cupcake is by far one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! I’m not even a fan of sweet potatoes, but wow! The wedding cake has a phenomenal almond taste. The strawberry is incredible. The chocolate is so good and the Keylime pie is perfect! Their specialty pizzas are great, the hot chicken one is delicious, but I LOVE their plain cheese. Its simplicity is divine.Staff is super-friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and eclectic! Be sure to pick out your favorite movie on vhs and watch it at the bar while you enjoy your slice! There is a parking lot right outside the door, but don’t forget to get your free one hour parking pass from the machine!“

“Wedding Planner here! I have worked with Berried N Cream Bakery several times now for various events (birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings). The cakes and the desserts they have provided have been vegan and/or gluten free and have looked fantastic! The presentation of the desserts and cakes is perfect and you can tell by the look of them that it is of quality ingredients. It is important for desserts/cake to look pretty, but more importantly it needs to taste good. From experience, everything I have tasted from Berries N Cream has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't tell if the desserts/cakes were gluten free/vegan. Everything tastes so good that I always go back for more! There are plenty of great tasting and pretty products that bakeries produced in the Nashville area, however one of the most noticeable things that sets Berries N Cream apart from the others is their customer service. Berries N Cream has excellent customer service! They work with you to provide the best cakes/desserts and even give you additional ideas & suggestions if you are struggling to make up your mind. They deliver and have never been late or missed an appointment. I highly recommend them!“

There were 6 people “working” at a snail’s pace. There was no sense of urgency when the line to order reached the door. It was almost like no one working knew what to do.“

And the live music was to die for - Greenwood Rye provided unsurpassed bluegrass music that kept us enthralled the whole time. “We went to Carrabba’s yesterday to celebrate my nephew’s high school graduation. The service leading up to the event all the way to the end was exceptional! The ability to have a private room without an additional fee is a huge positive (there is a minimum purchase for the room). The size of the party changed due to late RSVP’s. We had people with special dietary needs. We used their technology to project a slide show. People arrived at different times. When I tell you that never did the staff complain or give a side eye! It is so rare to get excellent customer service. But in this case, everybody provided service to our large, complex party with a smile! And the food was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone and especially for larger parties.“
