Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, a breakfast burrito, croissant and vegan banana bread… the breakfast sandwiches were lackluster and pretty overpriced. The pastries are good but two of them were about $16 so idk if they were THAT good. Restaurant was really chilly but we are going back and forth with weather right now so maybe that’s why. I’d probably try again but not as a destination.

Excellent food and drink. Loved the ambiance too. Plenty of options for seating. The vanilla latte was delightful and not too sweet. The breakfast burrito was very good as well. I’ll definitely return!Parking: Large open lot near shopping centerKid-friendliness: High chairs available, and booths as wellWheelchair accessibility: Would be easy for wheelchair to enter and plenty of room for wheelchair at some of the tables.

Coffee and food are decent but it is UNBEARABLY loud for a coffee shop. Do not come if you’re looking for a cozy place to read, work, or study.

Lovely service and location! Ben and Rachel are good people, and I'm so happy to have discovered a new location with lots of parking ?. I highly recommend Crema; order the Cuban!

☕ Crema is one of the best coffee shops. In the metro machine area. They care about the craft. This particular location is the most visually appealing location and is a delight to sit in. Coffee is always superb. Pastries are good. Avocado toast is great.

What a delight to finally have good coffee and baked goods in Brentwood! I've gotten to try this location a few times and it's actually one of my favorite locations of Crema in the Nashville area: really great ambiance and seating options for doing work or meeting up with a friend for a bite and a beverage. Incredible service (Isabella is the best!) even when it's super busy (and it's ALWAYS super busy). Very VERY clean despite how busy it is: I would have expected more chaos/unkemptness with the water glasses or tray to put away dishes, but staff really keeps up with the foot traffic here and I love that. Crema is truly one of the best when it comes to specialty lattes and the seasonal latte options are truly what I come here for: I've never had a miss with one of their seasonal options. I also absolutely LOVE that they have pastries and goodies from Dozen because sometimes I don't want to drive all the way to Wedgewood Houston for a good croissant. I have not tried the food options at this location yet but the menu is such a breath of fresh air with yummy healthier options than what's available at other breakfast/lunch places in the surrounding area. My two gripes about this place that honestly they can't control: way too many people love this place and it's always so freaking crowded (line out the door almost always when I go in.) Means it's hard to just grab and go a coffee when I want to. Also means it can get quite LOUD in here during particularly happening hours. Again, not their fault for being too popular (and helps illustrate how much Brentwood needed an actually good coffee shop), but it does prevent me from coming here sometimes when I really want to!

Angels sing when you drink this coffee.

Always love a good coffee house! Staff is nice and attentive! This place is really busy so can be hard to grab a table sometimes. Great food, decor and most importantly coffee! My only gripe is how loud it's in there. I think it's more of an acoustic issue. Would really like to hear the music they play while I have my coffee. They offer a few outdoor seating options. Highly recommend their croissants (warmed) - we had the ham & cheese and a chocolate one! Both fresh, flakey and delicious. Coffee was fantastic! Latte with almond milk was great and generous serving. Cortado was good also but a little on the burnt side.

Arguably, Crema is the best small coffee franchise in Nashville. Food is decent but the brand of coffee is top tier. I would suggest getting it to-go because there is rarely enough available seating/tables. Too popular already.Dietary restrictions: Staff is well aware of allergies. ??

You all have to do something about your to go coffee cups. Everytime I have come I am dealing with a huge mess because your cups don't seal and I spill coffee everywhere. Best coffee in brentwood by far if you would fix this.

Modern and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and I’m definitely a coffee snob. Friendly people!! Be warned though, the traffic kinda sucks getting in and out of the plaza. 10/10
