I’ve always gotten take out here because I work close by. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ever gotten. Classic food. Potato soup is just like I make. Not thick but more soup like. Love it. Go here you won’t be disappointed. Just tried the potato soup and it’s just like mine.

Best McAlister's location! The manager, Michael, and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always have good, fresh food and if there's a problem, they will make it right! Made the mistake of going to the West End location once and had a horrible experienc, will never go back. Now, I always make the drive to the Brentwood location because I know everything will be great!!Dietary restrictions: They do a great job with gluten-free.They have good gluten-free bread. I have celiac and have never gotten sick after eating here.

Hungry for dinner and having a reward on my McAlister's app, this was kind of an easy decision.I've been in A LOT of McAlister's and each one is has a different layout inside. You never know what it's going to look like inside.On my way to place my order I saw a sign for Buffalo Chicken Nachos. It's really, REALLY hard to *not* sell me on nachos, so of course, Jim orders nachos.When I tried to redeem the reward the person on the counter couldn't figure it out. It really wasn't hard, but they made it harder than it needed to be. Ultimately he ended up doing a manual redemption.McAlister's iced tea is one of my Top Three restaurant iced teas. (Panera and Jason's Black Current are the other two). Fill your cup up with ice (it's brewed strong and hot), and you've got a cup of iced tea awesomeness.About ten minutes later my Buffalo Chicken Nachos arrived. It was definitely a pile of nachos! The smell of the buffalo sauce was awesome.But, to be honest, these were not the best nachos I've ever had. I love nachos. I love buffalo sauces/flavours. But it wasn't great. That doesn't mean I didn't eat it, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I had anticipated. I think a part of that is that the tortilla chips weren't store-made, but it was evident that they were bagged chips. During the 30 or so minutes I sat there I don't think I saw a single table cleaned. While the rest of the restaurant was clean, there were 4 or 5 tables that sat undisturbed after the guests left for at least a half an hour.I'll be back in Brentwood in a couple weeks and will probably visit again. It's a nice location and easy to get to. I just won't order the Buffalo Chicken Nachos.
Always a good meal no matter what you order. Atmosphere, friendly staff and cleanliness are always refreshing - One bit of advice though…I love your potatoes❗️I ordered one on a Friday afternoon. I was told you were out of potatoes. OMGosh❗️ on a Friday❔I was a bit confused because there are 2 grocery stores (Kroger for one) a quarter mile away…. I will be back again when I’m in the area and truly enjoyed your Reuben❗️

Ordered via Uber eats, food was so so. There are other places around the same area that the food is much better. I honestly wanted to like this place, but can't say I will be ordering from them again. Two of the items I couldn't eat it looks like they had been left out.

Ordered Mcallister’s for lunch …opened my fruit cup ,the blueberries were molded and the rest of the fruit just looked bad ….. My co worker ordered a pick two and only got 1 item . DO BETTER !!!! DO BETTER !!!!!!
