Friendly staff. Visit g here from San Diego and have had my order correct every time and served by friendly, helpful staff. Not sure why the low rating on stars as my experiences have been wonderful!
The few times I’ve come to this location have been nice. The baristas greeted me as soon as I came in and took care of my order in a timely manner. Sometimes they get really busy and it can take a while for them to complete your order, but it’s almost always due to them being short staffed and not having enough employees to handle the amount of orders that they receive. Travelle is THE BEST!! If they are backed up they make us pull up to the gate and he runs our drinks out as he takes orders through the drive thru!! He never rushes us when ordering, he is always so kind. We need more Travelle’s in this world!!
