This Starbucks takes forever and a day to make one drink, that doesn’t even taste as good as other locations. The service is subpar and lacks enthusiasm. Very disappointed because this one is right next to my house but I’d rather drive a little farther for better drinks and service!

Absolutely worst efficiency run Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 20 min. for 3 drinks, 2 of wish were hot chocolates, and then they forgot to make one. Highly suggest you revisit your priority in how orders are taken-Aside, dine- in should not have to wait 3X longer than drive through serviceCome on Starbucks, you can do better!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, and I feel compelled to share my encounter with Trevelle, the manager. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an excessively long wait of over 20 minutes for my drink. Moreover, Trevelle’s demeanor was notably rude, leaving me with the impression of discrimination.The prolonged wait time was frustrating, especially considering the reputation of Starbucks for efficient service. Trevelle’s behavior added to the dissatisfaction, as his rudeness was both unexpected and unwarranted. This left me questioning the professionalism upheld by the store’s management.Feeling discriminated against only intensified my disappointment. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, and it’s disheartening to think that such values were not upheld during my visit.Regrettably, due to this unprofessional encounter, I have decided not to revisit this Starbucks location. It is my hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in customer service, ensuring that others do not face similar experiences in the future.

Like other reviewers have stated, this location is horrible. I was there last Tuesday and the barista (Alexis) was extremely rude to me and generally just seemed like she didn't want to be there. It wasn't very crowded, but it still took forever to get my drink. I've been here a few times and she always seems frustrated to have to wait on anyone. Won't be returning

Travelle is THE BEST!! If they are backed up they make us pull up to the gate and he runs our drinks out as he takes orders through the drive thru!! He never rushes us when ordering, he is always so kind. We need more Travelle’s in this world!!

The few times I’ve come to this location have been nice. The baristas greeted me as soon as I came in and took care of my order in a timely manner. Sometimes they get really busy and it can take a while for them to complete your order, but it’s almost always due to them being short staffed and not having enough employees to handle the amount of orders that they receive. This location could improve significantly if the store manager or whoever is in charge of hiring would make sure that there are enough people working and that the baristas on shift that day aren’t getting too overwhelmed.Parking: It’s sometimes difficult to get out of the parking lot due to the location of the drive thru line relevant to the street and available parking spaces. I wish the parking lot was bigger.

This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks around the world. This one by far is definitely the worst in terms of the taste and service of their food and drinks. When I was given a number to contact the store manager, she hung up on me even before I could say a word and refused to answer the phone when I called back. They’ve never gotten any order right for me. Ever. Not even the simple drinks like a Mango dragonfruit lemonade with extra lemonade. Somehow they always forget the extra lemonade. When you remind the staff that your order is incorrect, they catch an attitude to remake the order. I don’t know if they are an understaffed location but the young girls who work there usually seem annoyed.
