“This place is great. I get the Bibimbap bowl every time with spicy pork and tofu, add egg and kimchi(made in house) with the perfect storm sauce. They sell their kimchi by the pint and it is phenomenal. Their Mandu is great also. Owners are very friendly and helpful”

“As a youngster, I played pool in Bristol pool halls. I may date myself, but they had spitunes that were missed frequently. I also visited several other pool rooms growing up. “We eat here often and always perfect the Bristol location. Tonight we drove an extra 30 minutes to get to this location, being our favorite because of atmosphere, service and food. TONIGHT WAS DISAPPOINTING. There were other customers but the place was not packed. It took 40 minutes to get our food. My Gyro meat was hard, dry and almost burnt. I was so hungry I eat almost all of it anyways. There was one large piece left when the waitress came by I showed here and she took it to the kitchen to show someone. My bread was also hard and dry. We received half off my plate but really should have been more. NEVER have I ever been disappointed like this here.”

“I’ve been driving by this place for several years always wanting to stop, well I did yesterday and it was excellent. I just had a regular hotdog with mustard, mayo, and onions and piping hot tater tots that were just delicious. I will be back.”

Turns out they were making an entire fresh pizza for me to take one slice with me! I'm from New York originally, and we don't even do that there! 🙂🤩🙂

“Attempted to dine in at this restaurant. Waited 10 minutes at table, was not acknowledged, greeted or waited on. Associates were back an forth into the kitchen and lobby counter, but ignored us. After a 10 minute wait we left. Associates were at the counter but continued to ignore us.”

The Carolina vinegar based sauce is good too! The beans and tater tots were great! Great option for those crazy evenings with 3 different sports going on and a hungry family on a budget.”

“We unfortunately moved away from the tri cities a couple years ago. I used to drive from Johnson City to Bristol to get pizza! My husband and I, when we were dating, used to go all the time. He just went on a trip to visit some friends from college, and he said, “what do you want me to bring back?” He expected me to say bluebird, but I said, “bring me some ranch from valentinos.” Best ranch I’ve ever had! I could drink it with a straw. The pizza is terrific, and the service was always great. I miss living closer!”

“This is the cleanest and most well ran Waffle House I've been in and I've been all over the country. Our server Justin was great and the staff all said hello the moment we walked in. “We absolutely LOVE Drakes!! We went yesterday (Wednesday), around 2pm and service was fast. I don’t remember our waiters name, but she had tattoos and was extremely pretty. She was so wonderfully sweet!! She took the time to explain the menu, what she recommended and to tell us about their ingredients. Def recommend Drakes in Bristol, TN!!”

“Pretty good course. However, I would not rate it as a must play. Some challenging holes and some fun to play. The fairways are not plush and the greens were nothing to write home about. This place is nicer than most local courses but definitely not a top tier course.”

“Went to Pizza Plus on Weaver Pike in Bristol, TN yesterday (06.27.2025 ) to celebrate a birthday and had the best time! The food was excellent, the waitress, Victoria was AMAZING and the family time was coveted.  9 of us. They handled us like the pros they are! Especially our waitress Victoria. This lady was absolutely on top of her game!! (The whole store was to be honest!)
We didn't want for anything. She was funny and friendly and as sweet as she could be and one of the best waitresses I have had in a long time!
It was such a great visit I just had to give them credit where credit is due! Victoria and the Manager ( I didn't catch her name) took the time to offer and then to take pictures for us and I appreciated that more than they could possibly know. The cook(s) did an excellent job! We had a pretty large order and it was PERFECT and we all left stuffed and happy. Please pass this on to them and thank them for us all one more time!”

“I visited the Starbucks @ the Volunteer Pkwy location today Thurs. 07.25.2025.
I want start by saying that in my opinion ever since the covid pandemic I have felt that most restaurants (but not all) have really been lacking in several key areas when it comes to the customer service. It just seems that the care, drive and in some regards the dedication to make sure a good product is presented to the customer has been lost somewhere along the line.
But, today I saw a very refreshing change in my perception of that. They were 2 employees working today @ the Volunteer Pkwy location and in the midst of them both being completely slammed with customer orders and drive thru customers they both took the time to greet me and fulfill my requests and give great recommendations on new and upcoming products. Ive never been a huge fan or patron of any Starbucks locations. But after having such great service and experience from Caleb and Kaye @ this location I will definitely be making this Starbucks a top choice on my goto lists of restaurants in the Bristol area. Thank you again so very much and keep up the excellent work!!!😁”

“Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.”

“I'm posting this about the Bristol location. There's a certain group of people who come in and sit at a bar table in the corner. I've seen this happen twice when they arrived orher customers had been seated at the table they like. Prior to receiving food the other customers have been asked to move to another table so this special group (they think they are )can have their regular table! I'm so upset that they let this happen especially management! I would have refused to leave the table if I was already seated. This is just ridiculous and I did make comments about it to our waitress and loud enough for the special group to hear. I never knew we could make people move at their table if we waited to sit there at Applebee's but they did last night and it's not the first time I've seen it. I may not ever go back.”

“Food was good. Was ready when we picked it up. Only one issue. We ordered beef for the hibachi and we got chicken instead but the chicken was good so no major ordeal.”

“Came in as soon as they opened, Catherine was the member that took our order, she was extremely nice and attentive. The food was amazing! We had the Turkey Avocado and the Brisket melt as well as loaded fries and tots. If you haven't tried the meaty sauce I highly recommend. It was a wonderful experience”
