“Just a short 10 min detour off the I-40 on the way to Nashville from Memphis….but so glad we made it!Had done my research and had heard and seen lots of good things about Helen’s before my roadtrip. It did not dissapoint.Been trying a few different BBQ spots across Texas and Tennessee as part of this trip and Helen’s blew the others out the water.Had half rack of ribs and the Helen special sandwich.Absolutley stunning flavours and textures.And such a welcoming spot.Be sure to check her and her incredible food out!”

“I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. It was peaceful and the server was very polite and nice. However, I really didn't enjoyed the food due to refried beans were luke warm and a lil watery looking and tasty. The rest of my food was nice and hot and taste good but I have had better but overall is was a good hot meal and wonderful environment. It was very nice and clean as well. I will give it another chance another day and order something different to see how it turns out.”

“Just a little country BBQ restaurant. Drive thru pick--up window or order on the porch and enjoy a meal at a picnic table. The food is excellent. Having a gathering? Let them cater. Y'all won't be disappointed.”

“I loved the relaxed feel and fun vibe of this bar and restaurant. For Halloween, it was decorated with frightful fun. Loved it! The food was good and the beer was ice cold served in a frosty mug. They know how to do it. This is where I want to drink beer! Get the cheese curds. I am still thinking about them. The service was excellent, and they were gracious to accommodate our large party when we called late in the day to make a reservation. I will definitely be back. They have many regulars and it's easy to see why.Parking: Parking on site. Drive thru covered area by the door so you can let passengers out if it's rainingKid-friendliness: Welcoming to children.
