“We visited the area for the first time since this gem opened. We had such an enjoyable experience and meal at the chef’s counter Friday night that we sat there again for Sunday brunch. We really enjoyed the staff and how committed and excited they are to put really great food out of the kitchen. We will definitely come back when we visit the area!“

“Celebrating birthday. Great food. Enjoyed the birthday dessert perk. Plenty of food left over to take home. Some minor issues with service, waitress had some issues packaging our take home correctly. Actually I don't like my food being taken back to the kitchen. In the future just bring me boxes. My water glass went dry. At first, ok, then long periods of time between table visits. Ordered coffee when we got our desserts. Never came. Didn't say anything, as we'd been there well over an hour and a half, time to go. Waitress very nice, maybe having a bad evening, or new, could do better. Was still tipped well. I'd expect perfect service at JA's.“

“My husband and I visited on our trip and the portions were very large. They had a $14.99 deal where you got an app and entree. I got the Nachos and the Pulled Pork Sammy w/ a loaded baked potato. So good! So much food!! My husband got the corn bread (it came with honey pecan butter) and babyback ribs with loaded baked potato and onion rings. The only thing not amazing was the onion rings. Everything else was delicious!“

She was very friendly, very knowledgeable of the food, went above and beyond for us and her fellow servers to help when things got busy. Best service we’ve had in a long time. “A brunch all day restaurant is the perfect addition to the southside. I walk here, but there is a nice free parking lot adjacent. The bagels are the real deal, the tots are delicious, great options for everyone. I have loved everything I’ve tried. So far, my favorites: the French toast, the avocado toast with egg, and I love their thin crust pizza. Drinks, coffee drinks, great service - all the things that make me happy!“

“Firebirds 🔥 is our favorite spot. Great place to go for special occasions, they are always generous with a special dessert. Food is deliciously amazing, service is top shelf, ambiance is really great and we love Don, the manager! He's always busy keeping everything running perfectly and has a smile remembering us. Happy hour is worth your trip from far away, the Bar Bite menu is the best!! I love the Parmesan Fries, the Beef Sliders and the Chicken Nachos are truly a must!! Of course the wine 🍷 is always good. “We had an out of the blue date night last night. My mom came over and we asked to go to dinner with no idea where to go. We decided to give Lakshore Grille a try and WOWWWWW. We were so happy with our decision to come there. We will be back over and over again. The food was some of the best we have had and the entire service staff was so friendly. The cocktails were also yum. You definitely get your monies worth. It seems like a great place to work and a wonderful atmosphere. We can't wait to go back. Great job!“

“Love the food and atmosphere. It’s like coming home to grandma‘s house and having a big hug. However, I hate the changes in the newly remodeled restaurants I have been in also, the side/vegetable portions have become so small they often look more like a child’s portion, leaving me having to order more or add on a child’s plate of vegetables. Oh yes, in the bathrooms are universally, dirty, smelly, and disgusting no matter how far or near I travel. I should know I eat 2 to 3 times a week at Cracker Barrel.“

The staff were all super friendly and they even made a delayed to-go order so I could take a fresh lunch back to my kiddo when she got out of her practice. My husband loves chicken and dressing, your special today, as well as cornbread, so I bought him a portion to go. When I got home, I warmed it up for him, and of course, he loved it too! I was glad that I grabbed some of your baked goods, and so far, we have devoured the HUGE ginger snap cookie!!! “I’ve only been into this establishment twice and although I was irritated because I was unable to place a call in order so that I could walk in and grab my order, pay and then walk out, I understood that the server was by herself both times.

She completely made up for it all because she was a very kind and professional lady and I was not only impressed with her work ethic but also equally impressed at the fact that although she was overwhelmed she pushed through it all and was a server and a cook that made things happen for the customers.

This woman deserves not only a raise but also some sort of recognition from the company because it isn’t her fault that nobody wants to come to work.

Keep up the good work whatever your name is. I will be back just to see her in action again because she completely knocked it out of the ball park both times that I’ve been into this establishment.“

“We went there for our Anniversary dinner tonight. The food was exceptional. Our server Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgable about the menu. He was also great at making sure our dinner needs were met. All the staff checked on all guests also. I would highly recommend this restuarant.“

“The food is consistently good. However, that store needs a serious cleaning. Our table had a very large wet/ dirty floor, probably an area over 3 foot in diameter. This was at our feet! The credit card scanner was grungy and is desperate need of wiping it down away well. The waiter did a good job.“

“I've been here twice in the span of two weeks and have always left with full satisfaction.

The employees are very kind and include me in conversations between themselves, which makes it feel much more like an at-home breakfast than just going to any restaurant for a quick bite to eat.

The food has always been fantastic. I've gotten the MVP breakfast both times because I can get all of my breakfast favorites in one meal! Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravy, AND unlimited coffee for only ~$15 which is fantastic in my opinion. It always leaves me perfectly full.

If I plan to go out for breakfast, I'll probably be coming here 90% of the time. Affordable and enjoyable. Thank you guys!“
